Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Helped me with my bags. Was able to leave my bags early, and put them inside the room as it was vacant. Within walking distance of the forest, beach, and beachside path. Having a kitchenette in the room, with a kettle to boil water was very useful, and the reason for choosing this hotel. Large bath with unlimited hot water. I really enjoyed having a soak in the bath! The wifi was free with good connection.

Nowhere to sit outside as there were renovations to the seating area beside the pool going on. A strange outlook from the back of the room. Unable to leave a window open at night. Had to leave the doors open at the rear of the property which I wasn't fully comfortable with. The kitchen utensils need updating. It would also be nice to have an unused sponge to wash the dishes, and a tea-towel to dry them.

The hotel was quite a way out of town and we had some difficulty finding it due to our sat nav. However, once we got there we were delighted with the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was just what we needed after a day of travelling and we were able to relax and enjoy the very pleasant surroundings - very near the beach and close to some beautiful pine woods. The young woman on reception was probably the most helpful person we came across on the holiday. Not only did she answer our queries she printed a voucher off that I needed and rescued us with a taxi when we got stranded at the ferry terminal. Cannot thank he or praise her enough. Sorry I didn't catch her name but she was there on reception the day we arrived.

The breakfast was great but the bar/cafe had quite limited eating opportunities and there was really only one restaurant within walking distance. A bit more choice for eating in the evening at the hotel would have been great. That doesn't detract from the overall charm of the hotel though.

Hotel was in a quiet area so no distubancies but in the other hand it was just little bit far from everything. Our room was roomy bed was good but they were different size... Breakfast was good and cheap. Free parking available in the area. There is also a garage available, not sure about the price. Pool area was nice and enough sun beds.

There were ants in the bed! The reception only gave us a spray to get rid of the ants. Not very nice to notice the ants when sleeping. The shower gel and shampoo were these tiny annoying things which you can't really open easily. The hotel was little bit far from the centre.

Very spacious apartment with all that you need to feel comfortable. Basic kitchen equipment,but still enough to cook if needed be. Comfortable bed. Very good continental breakfast for a very good price. Staff very helpful and with good level of English. Location is also excellent for beach access and some nature walks. The area is mainly residential, hence very quiet.

The value for money was very good, so I don't have any major complaints. I have noticed loose tiles in the bathroom floor and some minor cosmetic issues, such was cracked bidet or loose cord for the outside shutters, making it difficult to operate. Yet, nothing too bothersome. Overall a great value for money.

Pool was a perfect way to cool down during a hot day and qe had it almost for ourselves. I personaly enjoyed the old school vibe.

Water heater noices in the room 302, when someone from next door apartment was taking shower, were anoying. Balcony doors cannot be locked, so it gives you a feeling of discomfort as someone from other rooms can enter as the balcony is shared. We stayed there for one night, but would ask for other room if we were staying longer mainly because of the boiler noices. Imagine family of four people start using the bathroom in the middle of the night. You wont get much of a sleep.

The pools at Hotel Pinomar were fantastic and clean. The staff were very helpful.

There were a lot of flies around the pool, had to move sun beds 3 times one day! The breakfast was not great, coffee was stewed. The hotel was out of town and you needed to drive or get a taxi to go into El Puerto de Santa Maria but we chose the hotel for some relaxing time. Our room was a little dated.

The hotel is quite beautiful, well maintained and welcoming. Very big room with lots of style. Breakfast was also very good. It's in a quiet residential area with lots of parking and also has a private parking that you pay in case you don't find a place to park. Is a walking distance (approx 15min walk) to the beach but need a car for the city centre

Tha hotel has a terrace with sunbeds where we wanted to seat in the evening but was shut, is only open for summer

The hotel has lovely decorations and a great swimming pool. The room was clean, spacious, and included a balcony, although the view from the first floor was not particularly interesting. The service was excellent; the staff was very courteous.

I was expecting to have access to free wifi as indicated during the booking process, but unfortunately, I never received access.

Very friendly staff, really quiet location. Quircky interior. More than decent breakfast for a very good price.

The hotel is at about 20 minutes walking distance from most restaurants. The hotel has a bar but apparently it closes early in the evening. When coming back from the town at close to 10 PM, everything was deserted...

the hotel is absolutely stunning with amazing decorations! loved all the plants, the room very spacious and clean with very comfy beds, breakfast ran from 7.30am until 10.30/11am which i found very good and flexible for everyone who stayed in the property. 2 minutes from the beach, literally in front of it! it also had restaurants and shops like Lidl and Carrefour nearby! it was only 20 min drive to city centre

no kettle in the room and pool was closed as they didnt consider it warm enough (warm enough for tourists who aren’t used to the heat)
