The location is great wether you like golf or not. There are many walks along the coast. Going into El Rompido there are so many restaurants to chose from. Our hotel room was one of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in, on the 3rd floor with great views. If you do like a golfing break the facilities and both courses are great. We stayed for 6 days in 2024 and will definitely re visit. Always go for the half board option, there are not many eating establishments within walking distance.

We were disappointed with the buffet food both at breakfast and at evening meal. As our stay was over Christmas for 3 days there was no food or entertainment to reflect the festive period . Not a great selection and it was just warm .

Big room and big comfortable bed. It really felt like a 5 star hotel (but there are better ones). Good breakfast, which was included. Very nice landscape around the hotel. Helpful staff at the reception. I liked the free dried fruits in the room. Very nice ceiling over the reception area. Overall beautiful site. I would stay there again, if the price is right.

My room and balcony was in the shadow almost all day long. The room needs some updates, e.g. there was no water cooker in the room and I could barely get my 15" laptop in the safe.

Please consider extending the opening and closing times of the gym, spa and pool (maybe from 8am in the high season?) At the height of summer, an extended timetable would be popular.

Excellent hotel and rooms in a very quiet location. Food was generally very good to excellent. Easy to access by car with plenty of parking. Salt marsh nature reserve surrounding the golf course holds an outstanding range of birds in winter, which is what we picked the hotel for.

Not much without sounding picky. One late evening disco(?) kept us awake which was annoying. If you're vegetarian, evening dinner would be a bit dull. We're not vegetarian but we have friends who are. They would otherwise love the place but it would be hard to recommend the hotel to them. We were still in bed at 08:30 one morning when the room maid wanted in to clean the room. That's quite early since sunrise was about 08:45!

The hotel is a resort that includes all sorts of activities, kids entertainment, spa, outdoor pool, and its main focus, golf. Staff is very efficient and welcoming. Breakfast is good and has plenty of options to choose from. Our room has big and had nice views of the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

We ordered a bottle of water to the room and was charged almost 10€ because they charged us 6€ for room service only. We had no idea we had to pay that much money just to have the water brought to our room. If we would have known beforehand, we would have never asked for room service. Very expensive!

The location near the marshes was so enchanting. Helpful and staff at the front desk. Great food in the restaurant. One of, if not the, best desserts selection and quality night on night I’ve had in a hotel. Some of the cakes I still dream about to this day and we stayed some months ago. Good gym.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit funny with the caps, and a bit dated. Not entirely friendly staff there.

A package tour hotel, but of high quality. Good for a relaxed break for a few days. Great pool. Nice atmosphere.

A long way from the village. Walking to local restraunts/bars not feasible. Dependent on your own transport or the hotel's train to get to the village, which only runs day time. On site dining very limited (and expensive)

Hotel was very clean in all areas, room was quiet, all the staff were polite and friendly. Well maintained grounds.

Toiletries were not renewed every day. Lack of information on local area. Only one litre of water provided for whole week, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel but the rooms need to be updated. . The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is delicious.

The hotel room wooden furniture and bathroom are a bit tired and need renovation.The shower and sinks have dirty grout which is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel

Upgraded room was superb with a lovely view over the pool area. Room size and cleanliness really good, very comfortable. Breakfast was ample offering a wide choice of foods, including a freshly cooked omelette. Spa treatments were great and done by really friendly staff, spa area was good too, not over crowded albiet not the best facilities ever, still very good. Gym was great, well equiped and hardly anyone in it. All staff were helpful and freindly. Hotel grounds and views are beautiful, location superb for travelling out to local beauty spots and places to eat high quality local food.

Steam room in the spa was out of order. Spa itself was liitle outdated but still very nice to use.
