All the staff was super nice and willing to help. The food was varied and very good, there was always something for everyone. Loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi as well, and I recommend the pool bar cocktails. We booked a massage for one of the people in our group and the feedback was great as well.

Please note that parking is 12€/night. We still requested it so as not to leave the car outside, but another guest took up our space and we were the ones who had to switch places. There was a kids' pool, so I wished the smaller kids would have been directed to that pool instead of the adults' because it got crowded. Clean-up could be better—we killed 7 silverfish inside the apartment and there were ants in the bathroom (weird, but true!)

Spacious apartments with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The kitchen was in good condition with the bonus of a dishwasher, just lacking a few basics such a colander. All the furniture was up to date, and noise from other apartments was not a problem. The main swimming pool is large with a good atmosphere. The breakfast is a generous buffet with plenty of choice. Spa is also useful, and the gym is popular. Overall, we are repeat visitors as this is a good choice for a family looking for 2 bedrooms, a breakfast buffet, and a relaxing, easy going place to unwind.

Minor quibbles. Kids need to like swimming as there are no playgrounds, tennis courts, or games room. Parking can also be tricky - the spaces under the apartments are intended for small cars - and there is an extra daily charge. Some of the staff can be a bit frosty. Very limited options for eating out in the immediate area (try the golf club). If you are looking for lively evening entertainment then you may be disappointed.

We liked the room which was very comfortable, the grounds, the pools and the food. The bar prices were very reasonable and the interior of hotel which is superb. The staff were all excellent friendly and very professional. The food was a very good standard and very varied. Free underground parking with our booking was a bonus. The proximity to the Golf course is only a 10min walk.

Although the room was nice it was situated above the gym and the outdoor jacuzzi which were both extremely noisy most of the day. The spa facilities were ok but as children are allowed in the spa pool it wasn't relaxing at all. There are several large double outdoor sunbeds but the hotel charges guests 30euro per day to use them which was disappointing especially as the actual free sunbeds are very uncomfortable.

Unusually big and nicely furnished rooms. Must have been recently renovated in a cool, modern style. Extremely cool bathroom in cement grey and with white objects. the bed was huge and most comfortable . we had our own balcony / terrace with pool views. the breakfast was fine , great service and friendly staff. Enjoyed the train ride to the beach and proximity to the golf course and Hilton's Terrazza Restaurant and bar. Pool was still too cold , but tempting. Nice size. Free parking underground - a real treat!

The buffet dinner was a bit uninspired , but still good value for money, if you don't mind half heated food. Reception staff could have been a bit more friendly, but it was easter week and extremely busy. The bathroom needs taking care of the edges in the shower and closet. Overall no reason to complain - we would return anytime. But you depend on a car or the hotel restaurant in the evenings, as there is no alternatives in the neighbourhood.

Very good stay. Professional staff, all services promptly available with no waiting queues. Train to the beach works quite nice. No stress to get sun lounger in the pools. Parking just bellow the apartment.

Nothing relevant. Only two small observations : - Train too smoky : passengers too exposed to escape smoke, - Thematic dinners did not included Portuguese food (with a lot of Portuguese clients)

The first thing you notice when entering the reception is the amazing view to the right. The hotel has a lovely modern greige decor throughout. Personnel are warm and welcoming and listen to you. Excellent hotel for couples, seniors and families alike and only a 15 minute drive from Malaga airport. Restaurants, shop within walking distance. We had a spacious junior suite with fantastic double, yes two, shower heads. The suites are on the 6th floor with the breakfast room above on the 7th so you may hear a chair or two scraping the floor when people get up. Not a deal breaker though and otherwise good soundproofing throughout. Great parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful appartments with everything you could need. Home from home! The bedrooms were lovely and there is a very large and comfortable lounge area and a very well equipped kitchen and laundry room which we found really practical for our stay.

The check in experience seemed strangely complicated with the hotel system not recognising our NIEs. The first and only time we have had an issue with this travelling in Spain. The staff tried hard to resolve it but it took quite a time.

Nice location, calm neighborhood, comfortable and spacious accommodation, quality breakfast, family friendly. Free parking for car. There is a small train shuttle to and back islantilla center every 30m.

A lady visibly mad for being left alone at the pool bar service was extremely rude, at some point shouting that in spain we should speak Spanish. to be serviced. An obvious outlier, because all the personnel we met was very warm nice and professional. Not a big deal, but boring enough to deserve an alert.

Breakfast had lots of options, it was fresh and I noticed the employees were constantly checking the dishes and replenishing as well as cleaning the areas. The pool was beautiful and perfect temperature . Our room was spacious, very clean and the balcony offered a fantastic view.

The room was very warm at night as the air conditioning turned off at 11:00 pm . ( was not aware of this until we asked the next day ) .Our second night we left the balcony door open and it provided a nice breeze however the room next to us were up very late and very loud ..

An excellent place to unwind and relax. Many choices of well cooked food and salads and fruit. Plenty of pool chairs. Beautiful gardens in a peacful setting. Great spa and massages. Little train to take you to the beach. All the staff were friendly, attentive and professional.
