This is not an Hotel, this is a full experience, immersive, for you and your family, doesnt matter if you're a couple, or a family, if the kids are 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, 13, or 17 years, they have a full programme for you every day, and a different one, every day, the last night in crazy party, was awesome, being able to be in the pool until midnight with music and fun activities in the pool. The apartment were cleaned every day, pointless, very confy beds, very spacious apartment, even for 5 persons, and the kitchnet is perfect for small meals. I advice at least half-board, the restaurant is thematic, and changes every day, like: portuguese day, italian day, mexican day, you know... Its allways happening something, it was amazing !!!! This is only possible because of the team, they are awesome, full of energy, and allways available.

Not all the staff speaks languages rather than spanish, maybe was me, this is not a dislike is more a opportunity to improve. To park the car, the hotel street isn't payed, if you want to park, but all others are, it's cheap and with an app available. But if you want or need the hotel have private parking available. I should have won the "sangria" contest 🍹 just kidding 😁

Due to a booking error on the hotels side, we were upgraded to a large suite. The room was spacious and suited us well. The kids entertainment is not suited for non Spanish or French speaking persons. The kids entertainment on the stage had a French translator, I’m not sure why being so far away from France. Being close to the Portuguese border I would have thought that would be more use or even English for the numerous other parties that couldn’t join in. The buffet food was great value for money, plenty of choice and well recommended. The choice of draft and bottled beers is very poor.

The very large 1 bdrm suite with kitchenette, 2 balconies, beautiful view of resort pool area and beach/ocean in background. Easy access to beach. Very comfortable bed, pillows, room climate, shower and bathroom.

Just a couple of very minor things: We were not told we would pay for parking if we used their underground parking and that there appeared to be free parking spaces right behind the hotel. There are no a-la-carte options to get a light meal or snack. Only large buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I only wanted a soup, or salad, or tapa, not a big buffet (for $19 usd). Also, I was going to use the fitness room but when I went there it was full of children and was also too warm (hot) inside (no A/C on). One last note: motion-sensor lights don't work very well, so felt I was stepping in the dark at times. But overall, we really liked our stay!

The location near the beach and town is excellent. The hotel is massive and seems to be used a lot for tours and package holidays. They have events in the large foyer which can be very noisy. The rooms are large and comfortable and there's a fridge but missing a kettle or coffee machine. Overall we had a good stay. Staff were quit friendly

We loved the location of the property and were lucky to have a room which overlooked the pool area and then onto the beautiful beach front. As we were travelling out of season, the hotel was really quiet which suited us perfectly. Our room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, we had a small terrace to sit outside on so that we could appreciate the lovely view. The bathroom was excellent and everywhere in the hotel seemed clean and well maintained. There were water stations providing a selection of chilled water which we used regularly.

The check in procedure was very slow, only one member of staff dealing with numerous clients, we waited at the priority check in, only to be told after 15 minutes of waiting and numerous other guests being dealt with even though they had arrived after us, that the priority check in wasn’t working, we had to repeat all of the information given on line, this made the whole check in procedure laborious and long winded. We ate only once at the hotel {evening meal} and found the buffet rather disappointing, although the food was plentiful, it lacked imagination and seemed a somewhat dated menu.

we chose this hotel as keen on getting out and about to see the bird life in the area. The rooms are a good size and useful having a fridge. Lots of extras suppled such as toiletries etc. Small balcony with little table and chairs ( would definitely recommend upgrade to overlooking the sea if you can run to it the views are amazing) great size pool and most of the time we were there it was really quiet although does seem to get busy on a weekend. Good gym, sauna and wellness Center. Lots of activities on by a hard working entertainment team everyday. Most people were all inclusive- we just had breakfast which had a good hot and continental choice - seemed some not keen on the food choice from talking to others but can’t comment.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Heard that you can ask reception for a plug in repellent but we were not told this. Also tried to book a Donana trip but although one person said yes can do that the other said unable to. Ended up sourcing our own directly with a tour guide we found online- although not to Donana- and dealing with the Sage rep Chris at the hotel ( even though not booked through him/them ) who was very helpful and eVen booked our taxi to Faro for us upon leaving.

The entertainment was absolutely great. The location being so close to the beach was also lovely. The facilities were also good.

We paid for ‘all inclusive’ only for not everything to actually be included. I was shocked to find that when I asked for an ice cream at the bar they told us it wasn’t included in our package.

We like the idea of all Inclusive. The entertainment program in the evening was nice. We lacked a bit more activities for 10 year old.

The all inclusive was poorer than in other 4 star hotels. There was no coffee to go with the cakes . The choice of food was mediocre.

Lovely hotel. Had a room with balcony and sea view towards the lovely beach with lots of bird life in the dunes, also five minute drive to see some flamingos.

We only had room and breakfast which we were glad we did as we payed for the evening buffet on the day we arrived and the food was disappointing. Would highly recommend La sal tapas restaurant in plaza del flores.

More variety on the buffet . It would be good to have more types of bread, fresh fruit at breakfast and more variety of fish and fresh fruit at lunch
