The room was perfect, great view and everything I needed for a perfect stay. as a single traveller I felt very safe in the complex. I had a problem with the fridge not getting cold enough and the patio doors being difficult to lock, I reported it and was moved to another apartment for my stay. I was very happy with the service and the staff. The complex was well maintained and lovely to walk through, there was a private area where I could used the sunbeds and umbrellas. A gate opened out onto the beach and sea and there was a board walk through the dune area. It was quiet and restful and just what I needed. I ate in the nearby village of Punta Del Morell where there are many local restaurants with fresh fish etc at a reasonable price. I will go again and can highly recommend.

If I was being picky I would say the memory foam bed and pillows were a bit hard, but after a couple of days I got used to them.

The condo is very nice, has good rooms and nice balcony. Very quiet too - could not hear any cars or people. Has a decent kitchen with a toaster, juicer and more.

It felt deserted when we were there - the town is quiet in mid-April and we were struggling to get proper places for food around there. But if you're cooking your meals and want quick and easy beach access, it's great.

Timetable of the reception is the main problem. Some furniture needing renewal in the kitchen and some walls needing some painting

Lovely apartment and beautiful communal areas it is well looked after and a very nice pool. Perfect for families! Direct access to the beach.

There seems to be a water tank (very small) supplying hot water for the apartment, It was a bit surprise that the hot water didn't last two showers in the same day... one had to get a cold shower : |

Dirty dishes and cups; lack of trash bags, soap, towels for dishes and other small details I would expect for the price

The space in the living room, you had to move the furniture to get the sofa bed out, a little cramped. It's great if you like Tetris

If you don't have a car and you don't know spanish I advise you to forget about this location.    You will hardly find anyone who speaks ENGLISH!   And the location is about one hour's walk from the nearest store or restaurant! I was lied by them of course that it is 15 minutes only😬! Really, a deserted beach without any facilities is near the location, 6 minutes walk. If you know Spanish and have a car and you like unpleasant surprises ,you can try your luck at this strange location. If you like to be bitten by mosquitoes this is the right place because the location is by a  swamp ,and there is no mosquito net on windows.

I feel like everything is twisted and not working well in this room! The first unpleasant surprise, mentioned in a message in the Booking  conversation was that we will have to take the key from a location nearby. Near! Ok! But this ,,nearby"  was a 30-minute walk away.They lied and did not say this in the message. I came by taxi at the location and I let the taxi go because the location was nearby,ok?😬 I would have to leave my wife alone in the dark with no one there at the hotel gate, shaking with fear and me go exhausted for another half walk hour ,with Google maps in hand ,to find the location in a dark and deserted place! We finally arrived in the room, late evening and wanted to take a shower.  The shower has a very strange very rare system of switching to hot water. Angry and tired we didn't realize IT,they didn't leave any information.  I called late and bothered a friend who knows Spanish to speak to the gentleman who gave us the key, to explain very hard to my friend, my friend to me! Madness! Everything worked badly in the apartment, I won't go into details because I don't have enough characters. Very ugly towels, almost dirty. It was one of the most horrible experiences on Booking in the last 10 years for us.  And we travel a lot believe me!
