It’s centrally located, clean and disability accessible. All the staff are kind and helpful.

It would be nice if they would consider serving snacks such as soup/sandwiches/salads in the bar. I understand there are many restaurants around. But there were times when I didn’t feel like going out searching for a place to eat for dinner. Although the bar is open, you do need to ask front desk to get you a drink. There wasn’t anyone working in the bar the few times I went in. But this is also a quiet time during the year when the hotel is not very busy.

The room was a good size and it had everything we required - hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee packets replenished daily as were the shower gel and shampoos ( a little small, sachets were difficult to open, little bottles are better). The towels were soft and the bath towels huge! The room safe was in a good position and easy to use. The air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was good and so was the bar. The pool was well maintained with lots of tables and chairs in the same area. On-site parking was very convenient. Thoroughly recommended!!

Centrally located, within walking distance of.main square, restaurants, riverwalk, and amenities (market and pharmacy), next to a small tranquil park with songbirds and benches to enjoy the evening breeze. Ample balcony and reliable internet. Great soundproofing to keep out street noise. Although we didn't use the pool ourselves, it looked inviting, and we saw many families enjoying it. During our visit we experienced a brief illness, requiring us to extend our stay from 2 days to >1 week -- the staff was kind, courteous and super-helpful. Can't thank them enough!

We loved the position. Great location for walking into the centre. Free parking on site. Supermarket opposite although the breakfast was amazing. We like to buy fruit and water. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly! Bonus in August the hotel swimming pool!

There were small sachets of shower gel which were not great to be honest, but we bought some and shampoo which we can take home.

Property was centrally located about 5 minutes walk to the town centre with its lovely Baroque church, shops and restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Ayamonte, Spain. The stop for the comboio turístico that takes you directly to the beach during the summer is right next to the hotel.

Breakfast was good, typical continental buffet, various cold cuts and cheeses, selection of breads, fresh fruit and cereals. Tea coffee. Room was very good with plenty of hanging space. Location very central. 10 min walk to the riverside via a pedestrianised street with lots of shops cafes etc.

A walk in shower rather than a bath with a shower would have been better.Otherwise fine.

Great breakfast, wonderful location. Pool was small but peaceful and clean, lots of sunbeds. Spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Hotel was very clean and wonderful staff. Touristic train outside the hotel takes you to the beach for only 1.20€ per person each way.

The staff at reception did not inform us much of what was going around, such as festivities in nearby Montegordo town. They misinformed us about a Saturday market in a nearby town which was wrong. They did not supply us with towels for the beach saying it was only for the hotel pool. A receptionist informed us they would provide us at the beach as a section is part of the hotel with sunbeds and bar/restaurant. We paid for the sunbeds and asked for towels, to our disappointment they said they never gave out towels there. Again misinformed by reception.

Andre and Francesca at the front desk are great. They are amazing hosts and were a huge help for us. Very friendly and kind. Hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Rooms are a big in size, have air con and balcony, double bed is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of covers and pillows. Hotel has a very clean and spacious swimming pool with an area to lay down by the pool. They also have a pool bar. I would recommend this place to anyone. ❤️

Very busy hotel located within walking distance from everything. Good private parking lot. Room was very quiet even though the hotel was full we rarely heard any sounds. Staff friendly and helpful. The room very clean and a good breakfast.

The bar/lounge is a good place to have a meeting but there is no regular service.

The Hotel was the perfect location..just a short stroll away to the shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was ideal... not too busy..some days we had it to ourselves. The breakfast was amazing.. read some bad reviews about the Coffee.. but for me I have no idea why... beautiful selection of fresh fruit every morning. The staff were very friendly and so helpful...I have to say it was the most relaxing two weeks I ever had - we are heading back in September for a week... that's how much we loved it.
