Great, friendly, relaxed vibe and atmosphere. Have been several times before and never fails to deliver. Stayed in the Deluxe Suite this time and loved all the little extras from management. Beach is wonderful and not too busy this time of year(late September). Shame we can't always control the weather late on in the season but a gem of a stay nonetheless. 10/10😊

Am really nit picking now and this is completely personal - but the music at breakfast and dinner was a bit intrusive and was the same playlist everyday all day during our stay - love background music but perhaps mix it up and not all Bon Jovi!! 😄 Thanks

Food was excellent, fresh and very well present ed. Pool on roof was lovely Air con/ heating very efficient and welcome in December Wi-Fi very good and with no password very straightforward for a non tech person

Balcony on my room 408 was tiny and overshadowed by a huge tree...ok for a short December break but not in nicer weather. Staff were helpful when approached but didn't make any effort to help otherwise....no indication of where pool/spa/bar were located. Also, a personal preference....I like corporate image and would have liked staff at least in identifiable polo shirts. Breakfast staff could have been more helpful with machines. No real bar/coffee shop just a couple of soft chairs.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and the food was fresh and delicious. It was my friend's 50th birthday and the hotel arranged a cake and wine which was so lovely. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The only very minor negative (which actually was also a positive) is the pool. It is on the roof, beautiful, there is a bar and it is spotless. But it is quite small so some people were unable to use a sun lounger. That said, the fact it was small meant that it wasn't overcrowded and was just a wonderful, peaceful experience. Oh - book transfers before you get there, The taxi from the hotel to airport was eu 100!!! Booking through booking.com was 60.

We were totally blown away by this hotel. Very intimate, with a welcoming reception, that is luxurious and comfortable. Its location is towards the back of the town and is very quiet, with easy access to the whole town. The spa is superb and can be found on the same level as the reception and consists of an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, well-appointed gym and and treatment rooms. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is located on the roof of the hotel, and the views are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The restaurant is modern, spacious, and bright.

Good hotel was fully booked however required 3 sittings for breakfast and sometimel had to wait for a table for 5 Given full capacity limited availability to sit at pool, would have like the bar area to stay open to 7pm to relax and have a drink before returning to room to change for dinner...6pm closure in September a little early

Bed was very hard and no wall art We asked if we could have dinner one evening and it seemed a big deal to provide us with the al a carte menu instead of the buffet as we needed to eat for all of our stay each evening to qualify for the buffet. We didn’t mind choosing from the more expensive menu but it was almost taken that we wouldn’t want to do that. Bed was extremely hard. Housekeeping did put a mattress topper on the bed which did help a little.

Large comfy bedroom. Excellent spa included in price, jacuzzi, sauna, pool, robes, plus Gym. ("rip off, "chains, take note"). Good breakfast, plus the plates are warm for hot items. Very helpful staff, spotlessly clean in all areas. Well worth a visit.

A few pictures on the bedroom walls would make it far less institutional in "feel". The shower in a very good bathroom, was excellent, except it lacked a handrail to assist in gaining access to it. This is dangerous as the base is very slippery. The cost of drinks in the bar/restaurant seemed expensive. Plenty of competition in the area however.

Just beautiful, friendly staff and great breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant! The gym was small but had some essential equipment so a proper workout was possible. Great location as only 5 minutes walk to the fabulous monte Gordo beach!

Smallest lift ever but we squeezed in with our bags! Also the coffee from the machine in the morning was not good - this hotel needs a better coffee to be served!

Beautiful hotel and very peaceful. Just a few minutes from the beach. I don’t think it’s very clear from the description online just how close to the beach it is, we were very pleasantly surprised! Our room was a very good size, huge and comfortable bed. And the rooftop was great, lovely view over the sea. We were very happy with our stay.

We would have loved for the bar on the roof to be open during our stay, we missed it by a day. However the lovely staff at the bar downstairs allowed us to get drinks there and take them up.

The hotel is quite lovely, offering spacious rooms that provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, who were always ready to assist with any request. a wonderful variety of fresh fruits that added a delightful touch to the morning meal

bathrobes provided in the rooms, the pool should open earlier than 9 AM, and swimming caps should be supplied by the hotel.
