Very good facilities.

We selected our arrival airport as Faro (Portugal). The hotel was in spain. This caused significant problems. We booked a car via Booking.com. This was a disaster. They booked the car using my abbreviated name, although I used my full Christian name on the car booking. We could not get the car as it had to be cancelled or an alternative policy by the hire company. Both were not options due to significant cost increase. We went on holiday to Portugal? We had to hire a car via another provider, which was also at an additional cost.

Lovely location if you just want a relaxing week or weekend. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Daily excursions are available at a reasonable price. Beach and cafes are easily accessible. Great hot and cold food choices to suit most people and plenty of fresh fruit available at mealtimes. Staff friendly and helpful.

For tourists it's a great place to stay and relax but places of interest were quite a drive away - as mentioned previously, there are options for excursions. There was a kitchen area, but no kettle, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc were provided.

We loved the attention and kindness of the staff: Rosa, Charo, Riti, Ana, Laura were exceptional. The rooms were small but pristine, the balcony to the pool a great addition.

We did not like that we were not accommodated appropriately. We came with newborn twins and all the bags and items required to travel with 2 newborns. We asked for a room close to the entrance, first floor or elevators, and we were placed at the very last room at the end of the largest corridor. It was a nightmare to carry kids, strollers and bags.. impossible to run to grab dinner while the other partner looked after the babies. We would have liked a bit more understanding and help on that end.

Loved the stay here. The food was high quality , I enjoyed every single meal. the room fantastic But clean and comfortable. and a perfect location for relaxation. Highly recommend a stay.

A checkout of 11am is simply too early, Especially when breakfast is till 11am also. Everything on checkout morning feels rushed as a result. After such a relaxing say, it is a pity. When made this all the more disappointing. Our request for a paid late check in was denied, despite the rooms the same as the one we stayed in being available to stay for another night. It really made little sense

WiFi working very good. 10 out of 10 Streaming Netflix all great. Room super cleaned All staff don’t speak English but super kind Beach near by good All inclusive and even they have snack& bottle of waters for good by amenities. I recommend bring all cook stuff with all stencils with cook fan and cooking self Or beach has restaurant. Super good deal for sure worth! Near have lot free park on the street. Mecadona supermarket pretty big Must be bring own car like us. We did rented. Before or after stop by at Portugal just great day trip Only two part con side 1.till 12:00 music loudly 2. Food not tasty at all

Just wonderful Worth

Fantastic place, friendly staff, great entertainment for children, and the staff tried their best to speak English with our children. Clean rooms, fantastic food, daily themed dinners, and a beautiful pool. A 3-minute walk to the beach, and shops nearby. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room the day before our departure. Everything was top-notch! Thank you.

Breakfast and dinner were both really good with plenty of tasty choices definitely something for everyone 👍 ... fresh cooked omlette for breakfast was fab ! Cocktail bar was very nice with good choices of basic cocktails for only 6 eur :) Beautiful swimming pool and surrounding area with lots of sun loungers ( although 25 Eur per day for the lovely double bed style sun beds is a bit on the pricey and we didnt use) All members of staff we encountrered were very ö+pleasant and helpful We were both very very happy with everything and booked an additional day it was so good ; )

Overall, my friends and I had a great time at Estival Isla Cristina Hotel. The pool was large and clean, the buffet food was delicious and varied, the internet was fast enough for remote work, the staff were friendly and fun, the Halloween closing party was a lot of fun, and the location was right on the beach.

There was some confusion at the beginning of our stay. We had booked single beds for all three of us, but when we arrived in our room, we found a double bed. We also had to wait for sheets for the third person, as well as towels and dishes. The staff immediately corrected these issues!

The territory is nice, close to the beach and the commercial center

The hotel has different meal plans including all-inclusive. We took half board and we’re unpleasantly surprised that all the drinks except water are charged separately during the dinner time, even the draft ones. There were no signs and no one warned us about it. It’s not a big deal to pay extra, but it just looked weird - the hotel put drinks on display and people pour it freely and in the end you receive a bill to pay. Charging for wi-if nowadays is also kinda cheap.

The staff were so polite and friendly. They always greeted us with a warm smile. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was great and there was always a good variety of foods that changed from day to day. The gym was very complete and the pool area was very nice. The hotel is located right next to the beach, so it is in a perfect location. Our room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Our kitchen fridge froze basically everything we put in there. Fortunately we weren't relying on it too much as most of our meals were included. We mentioned it to the front desk staff and they sent someone to fix it, but the problem wasn't resolved.
