Parking cost was additional and expensive and this wasn’t clear in the listing The listing showed the small spa and stated that treatments would be an additional cost but the listing did not say that use of the basic small spa would incur a charge 15€ per hour!! This we found incredibly steep and mean-spirited especially since the spa was empty throughout our stay. Supply of toilet roll and washing up liquid was extremely mean - we kept having to ask at reception which becomes tiresome. The communal area was nice - some complimentary drinks in this area - just water and coffee even - would have been a nice touch.

Perfect location. The best apartment features were the air conditioning, mattress and pillows! Nice size apartment for 6. Very good pool!

Kitchen could've some improvements, like more utensils for cooking, eg. wooden spoon and cutting knife. Since we can have 6 people in the apartment, an american style coffee maker would be nice too, an Italian Moka is not enough. They don't provide kitchen towel. As a guest, I should not have to ask at the reception for dish soap, bath soap refill and toilet paper! It should be provided on daily basis as it comes to the end. The gym cable machine needs maintenance!

I liked the place, it was quite, and we could rest, it was near the beach, although the path to the beach has a very busy road to cross, so it is not really a beachfront place in the true meaning compared to other places. The staff was friendly, when you tried to speak Spanish. It is place for families.

Swimming pool, was not of the expected quality for a 4 star hotel, the bar by the pool opened at 10AM, and closed before dinner, and we would like to have the option to have breakfast, although that was not offered. We had to walk outside (10 min to 15 min) along the road to get a cafe or a restaurant, for meals, as the swimming pool bar was not designed for so many people, it had few things. Not to say that many shops, restaurants were closed during the all week, during high season (August). If you do not speak or understand Spanish this is not the place, no information in English is provided, not even English channels on tv, I would say it is designed only for Spanish people. Besides these details it is quite a decent place to rest.

The location is good, its very peaceful. Elevators were quick. The apartments are clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped.

We visited in the off season and the apartment was very cold when we arrived and so the heating had to be started for the whole building and took many hours to warm up. There was an unpleasant smell initially from the ventilation but this passed and the apartment was comfortable from the second day.

Everything - swimming pools, padel terains, rooms…our room had extra large balcony, with the view on the pools…property is on the beach, and during the night you can hear the ocean…priceless 👍🏻

Working hours of the pools, maybe if the pool could be opened till midnight…

The décor in the apartment i stayed in was fantastic! I was in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was much bigger than i expected with a view of the pool. This apartment was really close to the beach (10-15 minute walk) and close to the dance festival that me and my friends were attending.

The location is perfect. Staff also.

Maintenance required. The bathroom had some issues. TVs are very small. Requires 24/7 services. Padel court requires replacement/maintenance.

The apartment was lovely, big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the balcony had such beautiful views! The staff member was really attentive and helpful. The location was also great, by the dunes and the beach.

Great place! Reslly modern and comfortable, amazing location. Relatively good value

They only thing i would mention is the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbour's conversations!
