The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the Wharf of the Caravels. The cafe, especially breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise

The reception was round the back. The door was locked and it took a while for the receptionist to come to the door. It was not a good start. There was no obvious vent in the bathroom, though it did manage to dry and freshen itself. There were no kettle or cups in the room. The staff were unaware of the jewel on their doorstep, namely The Wharf of the Caravels. They said we would have to drive there whereas there is an obvious footpath. They said we would have to lunch in Palos de la Frontera whereas there is a good simple restaurant in the museum.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very nice and welcoming, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant — I would definitely love to come back!

Very reasonably priced and well located, just out of the city of Huelva. Perfect for an overnight stay for a single person or couple. The staff was very amicable and helpful.

The shower didn't have much light, which could make it difficult to take a bath at night. It also had steps to climb which can be difficult for children and older people.

It was close to the port and was clean and comfortable.

Nothing - we weren’t there long enough to see anything other than our room.

This is primarily a wedding venue and the staff are not really interested in meeting the needs of hotel guests
