It’s very comfortable, nice and smiley staff. Property fully equipped, very comfortable bed.

There’s no hair dryer you can ask for one for 20 euro deposit and they give it back when you finish your stay but they didn’t have anymore. I think it would be useful to have it in the apartments. The apartments are fully equipped, there’s even a blender and an iron but it doesn’t have hair dryer so I think that’s the only thing missing.

We came as a group of friends and were satisfied with both apartments we got. Ours was very good - room 2121 overviewing the pool and we had sunshine on the balcony during the afternoon ☀️🌅 The apartment is perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults with kid(s) because the convertible sofa bed is better for sitting than sleeping... Adult beds are comfortable ! In the kitchen area you get all you need to prepare meals and even a cute Italian ☕️ coffee pot. The bathroom is small and lacks hair dryer :/ The shower gels smell sooo nice and you can get a refill upon request at the reception. The reception staff - special smile to Jenifer 😊 is helpful and competent !!! Location is great when you come to Bachata Spain congress 💃🕺🏻 as it is opposite to Barcelo hotel, where all the workshops and parties take place.

Apart from the sofa bed and lack of hair dryer no further minuses noticed 😉

The location in amazing 2 minutes walk down to the beach. My stay was probably during low season so the whole Punta Umbria was basically empty. Even in mid April when the tide is low the water is pretty warm and temperatures were around 25/27C. The apartments are quite spacious I was solo travel though... The kitchenette has the basic with a modern electrical stove top, a microwave and a big fridge, as well as plates and such. There are at least 2 supermarkets within 20 minutes walk very reasonably priced.

This is not on the hotel obviously, but there does not seem to be anything open on Sunday. And just in case you forget like I did in Spain shops close in the afternoon and reopen later.

Really good, especially for the price!

The wifi barely worked. Our phones couldn’t even stay connected for 5 minutes straight if we were inside our room which was right by the pool (where you had a better connection), so I can’t imagine how it would be for rooms that are further away. If you need to work, I wouldn’t rely on their connection alone

Great location, beautiful view of the forest from the room. Very nice and friendly service. The nearest beach is nice and very close. There are very good restaurants close to the hotel.

Our apartment required a slight refurbished (kitchen and bathroom). The free parking spots are far from the hotel, but we got a good offer for the parking place in the garage.

It was very clean and value for money

Possibly a hairdryer in the apartment and a full length mirror. It would be good to have some general information in the room about the area. ie shops places to eat, How to get to the beach and things to do in the area etc

I don’t have anything to say. We usually ate out but the kitchen has the basics to make breakfast or an easy meal

no coffee table in lounge, no kettle (for tea) and no tea towel. sometimes could hear chairs scraping on the floor upstairs, it is quite loud

Good value for the money. The checkin was quick, the location is nice, there is a pool, private parking .. good value for money. I especially liked that the parking was under the hotel and reaching it was easy by lift.

The place is clean, but the cleaning ladies could be doing the cleaning a little more throughly. Probably everyone from my family does cleaning at a higher level.
