Loved everything! The bed is extremely comfortable and the hotel very clean. Staff is amazing and very helpful.

1) Not enough elevators and the access is harder for people with strollers and wheelchairs. Elevators are always busy and take a long time. The alternative is stairs. 2) Poor activities for kids. The kids club opens at 12pm and runs until 6pm, however when there activities outside, they close the club, not allowing smaller children to play supervised by parents or staff. There should be several activity options specially during the warmer hours (12-4pm). There are also lots of night activities for small children but at insane times - 9-11pm. 3) The buffet is very poor! Most things are processed and store bought. You can always find grilled fish and chicken at main meals, eggs for breakfast and fresh fruit always, but other than that there aren’t healthy options.

The hotel is right next to the beach and close to restaurants, stores and supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, with lots of choices. The swimming pool has a lot of space and good temperature. The room was very nice and clean.

The bed could be more comfortable, it was a little too hard for me but this is a personal preference. The water temperature in the shower kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold all the time, this is really the only thing that we complained about in this otherwise great hotel.

Great resort! The facilities on the property are great. The staff are absolutely incredible, they are super efficient and very friendly. The pool is amazing and quite big considering how busy it gets. We chose the room with the pool and sea view which is best located for a great view of the sunset. We also booked the full board option which is great option as the meals are quite expensive.

The WiFi is a hit and miss and all channels are in Spanish or Portuguese. If you opt in for the full board, just remember it’s only inclusive of everything during bfast, lunch and dinner. Any other drinks, coffee, snacks etc, during the day is for your expense.

It's really a wonderful hotel. Very beautiful, big, clean, well decorated. The pool area is the best. Feels like you're in the Caribbean. The beach is right in front, also very beautiful. The service is very good. The only thing negative, is the quality of the food, the variety and the space where the meals are served - very small for the size of the hotel, which creat crowds, noise and lines.

Pool was incredible and the animation by the pool as well. The room was ok for two and a baby. Very spacious hotel with a lots of shades outside.

For us the food could be better. The meat was not totally grilled (it was a challenge to pick up the less raw for our child). The deserts also could be better. The parking was very expensive! (18€/day)

Great rooms and swimming pools. Outside areas with a lot of shade provided by trees. Food is very good, quality and diversity. The hotel is great in terms of infrastucture and staff.

Animation programme is not extensive, which is ok. But it could be better at night, with some traditional shows and some music/dances to involve the guests. Hotel could have beach ammenities for guests, such as sunbeds and umbrellas.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting, close to restaurants. On a beautuful beach.

The only thing we could say is the coffee machines in the mornings were too few and we had to queue for ages. Other than that no complaints!

The food, staff, pool.

There is a part on the pool, close to the outdoor restaurant with a constant smell of burning fuel. I guess its the smoke from generators or something similar. That part of the park we had to avoid. The animation tem is really the worst i have came across... I wasn't expecting that from this kind of hotel. The rest was very good and for some one like me that went to this hotel to rest is amazing.

Breakfast was excellent, good choice ,well presented, very hygienic.Staff very nice very helpful .Rooms are nicely modernised.

The entertainment at night wasn't in the usual place so it was noisy .The Internet was hit and miss.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic, as well was the staff working there. We want to give special thanks to Palermo, Susana, Germán, Lenaz and Isa Vazquez . They were very gentle and sympathetic, always with a big smile. The swimming pool and the garden are amazing. The access to the beach is very useful. In general was all very very good. All the staff was very nice and helpful...reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, spa. Thank you all and see you soon.
