Reception staff were excellent, room spotless and very good quality. Booked hotel as advertised dog friendly, provided nice unexpected dog welcome pack, bed and water, food bowls. Unfortunately the dog friendly element ended there. Our dog was only allowed to walk go and from room. Despite a large open space around the pool, dog was allowed to walk through to access beach but not stop ??? Hotel had large area around pool bar with numerous outside tables, dog not allowed. Hotel provided what looked like excellent breakfast, dinner service, again despite outside tables dog not allowed. Adjacent to hotel and beach was large shop and restaurant complex, dogs allowed inside all restaurants meaning we ate there for the whole stay. The hotel is clearly missing out on an opportunity to make full use if its facilities.

Big room, cery big bed, bug terrace, everything clean and smelling good. Great experience for the low price.

Hotel has many rooms and they somehow activated card for my room to some other person who entered my room in the morning and woke me up and was arguing for about one minute before he understood to get out of my room and go to reception to sort it. Then 2 hours later other person, probably cleaner, entered my room again although I had Do Not Disturb sign in both cases on my doors. This definitely should not happen.

Very nice location, very nice hotel. 5 min Walking distance to super cute shopping area with a big supermarket. A veeery big baby/small kid pool. We were like 7-8 adults with kids and it wasnt still full:) Also the main big pool has a ramp up, so small children could enjoy big pool too. And always 2 life guards by the pool (it’s a family hotel so super important!). Pool area is big, so npt super noisy despite all the kids around.

Hotel lives in another time zone than us. Our daughter woke up at 7:30 as usual and we were by the pool at 10am and the pool was opened only by 10:45am, super late for us:( Dinner starts at 8pm, our daughter ate sooo many snacks waiting for it. And the kids disco starts at 10pm! I dont know how many kids were awake at that late, but definitely not ours. So we couldnt enjoy hotel’s facilities. The hotel stuff is suuuuuuper friendly, but their English level is very low:( we had a problem with our airport transfer on the last day and got super worried. Stuff wanted to help us, but didnt even understand we needed another option asap so we needed to google and call local taxi drivers ourselves

The girl from reservation department of hotel group solved dog accomodation issue by phone and in a really friendly manner. The hotel prepared a room and a small dog bed and dog bowls. However, be aware a pet accommodation will cost you additional 25 eur per night. The Hotel itself is big and nice, on the first line of the beach and promenade. Nothing more to add since I was only one night there.

A little bit confused with a pet policy, you book a room first, then need to call directly to the hotel to confirm they have a room for guests with dogs. I was lucky to solve the issue. Bit if you are not, not clear will hotel return money or not.

Pool & staff - the hotel is equipped with a nice, well maintained pool, and the staff is generally very responsive and happy to help. Shout out to the restaurant staff for always being accommodating and lovely!

Food options - we chose an half board option but the variety of dishes was not the best for a 4-star hotel. It would be ideal to provide guests with a weekly menu in advance + dishes need to be clearly identifiable.

the hotel was very well located in the resort near the beach and easy access, the buffet restaurant was good , the rooms were a good size and pleasant

there was no al carte restaurant open even in september and the hotel was busy with big groups which made the buffet restaurant unplesant too crowed and noisy and at times had to wait to get in for half an hour the big groups got president over couples and small family groups there was so spa or inside pool open either the pool area outside could not be used before 11.00 in a morning and the pool was dirty and had moss growing in the bottom

The breakfast is really excellent. There are so many good different things to be tasted that you can not get tired of eating. The only thing I didn't like that much was the orange juice from the machine, but hey, you just drop some sparkling wine (also included in breakfast) on it and you're done!! The hotel facilities are also good and clean. The hotel looks very new and modern. And the rooms are very comfortable.

The orange juice from the machine was not the best I've had. Also the parking at the hotel is a bit expensive, but you can park in the (pay) red zone in the street. It is about 4 euros for the whole week and you do not have to move the car as in blue or green zone.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Spotless everywhere you went. Very large suite with a very large balcony. Comfortable beds. Large pool with lots of sun loungers. Water was a bit cold though for time of year. Lots of variety at breakfast and dinner to choose from.

No kettle or iron in the bedroom. We were told it was for Health & Safety reasons however it was ok to carry a pot of hot water from the bar to your room. I tried to book a massage and left my details at the desk but never got a call. Most upsetting was on our first night sitting for dinner, we were next in queue to be seated however the waiter proceeded to sit two separate Spanish groups behind us first. By no means was I in a hurry for my dinner but I just felt a bit dismissed by the waiter which came across as very rude.

Following a disappointing experience at another hotel in Islantilla (Hilton DoubleTree), we opted to spend our final night here. To our delight, upon arrival, we discovered that we had been generously upgraded to a room with a breathtaking sea view. The room exceeded our expectations—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a perfect balcony for enjoying the sunset. The bed provided exceptional comfort, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff may not be aware of how much this upgrade improved our day, so a sincere thank you is in order! The hotel itself is expansive, boasting numerous facilities. Personally, I was enamored with the sizable pool and the convenient direct access to the beach. The inclusion of a gaming room and various entertainment options throughout the hotel, such as Zumba classes, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We will 100% come back :)

The hotel tends to host large tourist groups, and at times, their presence can contribute to some noise. Therefore, I wouldn't label it as the ideal choice for those seeking a completely tranquil and relaxing experience

Clean tidy and superb location , rooms were clean tidy functional

Although I checked in on line , the reception staff could have been more attentive and it made check in a bit stressful, dining room and breakfast was very good but they should change their coffee machine ( coffee was horrible)
