The breakfast was fine, taken each morning on the rooftop which made breakfast all the more enjoyable. The rooftop was also a bar in he evening. It was very pleasant to sit there in the late evening sun and have glass or two. Pity though, that the bar was only open Thursday to Sunday. The room was very clean and bright, had tea and coffee and a well stocked fridge with drinks and confectionary. The bed was comfortable and the air con was very efficient. The bathroom was fine. It had a good shower. The staff were excellent.
I knew from previous reviews that the rooms were small so I booked a superior sized room. I still found the room to be quite small.

We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, right in the heart of the old town, and close to all the restaurants and cafés. The kindness of the staff was truly appreciated, especially Simone, the manager whose is also the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were always helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. One last thing—some people mentioned the noise and nearby construction, but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s perfectly understandable, as this is an old town where renovations are to be expected!
Nothing! Everything was perfect.

My wife and I, motorcycling through Spain, had done a fair amount of research on the best coastal towns to visit and we booked the ground floor suite for five nights at the Old Town Boutique Hotel. It was great to have a small living area and immediate access to our room. We even had a local calico cat the seemed to adopt us for our stay, named her Ginger. The tv had lots of channels, though we mostly watched BBC news, so we could keep up on the political fiasco in the US. The morning breakfast was a relaxing start to the day. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was really comfortable. Located in a perfect spot of old town, we were steps for so many restaurants and shops and the area was so tranquil, and the wide, sandy beaches are just a couple minutes walk from our hotel and had beautifully landscaped wide promenades for walks along the beach. This city makes beautification such a priority, as there gardens and mosaic walkways everywhere. Amazing, really! Our new favorite coastal town.
We visited in March and there is a fair amount of construction and renovation all around old town. Hard to avoid it, however, they are respectful in that they only allow work after 8 am.

Excellent in so many ways, fantastic location, very clean comfortable boutique hotel. Good Air conditioning in room and comfortable beds with great shower. Housekeeping excellent, 2 lovely ladies doing an excellent job. Staff overall very friendly and polite. Great continental breakfast in the morning on the roof terrace which was perfect, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurts, fresh bread, cereals, everything g you need for a good breakfast. Roof terrace open in evening for drinks, lovely place to relax. Will most definitely recommend this lovely little boutique hotel.

Breakfast is ample, tasty and on a gorgeous roof terrace.
I chose the hotel due location and reviews especially having a bar on roof terrace. SADLY only open on thurs to saturday. Also the ground terrace i waited for 10 mins after i checked in....no staff to serve a drink....pretty frustrating that, though when there the staff are very pleasant and helpful. But this is not the chaepest in town so I expect at least the bar to be manned. Shame the roof terrace not open daily also

Lovely little hotel, modern and comfortable and exceptionally clean, very nice. Tea and coffee machine in the room, a good touch. Right in the centre of town, near everything.
Breakfast was upstairs in the terrace so it was very hot up there, not much shade, tho good continental breakfast. Staff very friendly too.

Extremely clean throughout, great rooftop bar, smallish room but cosy and comfortable room which had everything with lift access. Location was excellent being right in the old town on a throbbing street - very buzzy atmosphere with huge selection of bars and restaurants
A minot point, but an idiot's guide on how to use the fan/air conditioning would be helpful

Great location as it was literally in the 'Old Town' plus it was close to the beach too, the hotel staff were friendly & helpful and the room, whilst fairly basic and small, was very clean.
The view from the balcony (a building site) was not great to be fair, plus there were on-going building activities (drilling, etc.) being carried out on an apartment located next door

Beautiful, little boutique hotel very centrally located in Estepona. Very clean. They serve a continental breakfast on the roof top every morning, which we loved. They can also arrange a taxi transfer back to the airport for you at a slightly cheaper rate than if you arrange this yourself. Would recommend and would stay again if I was back in Estepona!

The staff were great, helping with whatever was needed, the Location fantastic and the hotel just a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was okay - nothing wrong with it just not exceptional.
I would have loved our bedroom for being swept each day when the room was cleaned - we had been to the beach and the sand got everywhere! The eco-friendly body/hair shampoo just wasn’t very good - we end up having to buy shampoo
