I loved the room and facilities. The location was perfect.

The restaurant was closed and I didn't know this until I arrived.

Lovely building on the edge of a sleepy square and the young man on duty went the extra mile to help us. Lovely room and every thing worked well. Easy parking for our motorbikes at the front door.

A bit of panic in the organisation but no big deal

The location is awesome. In a small friendly town center with pubs around and free parking around.

The wifi was very poor. No one spoken English (they do say that they speak English on their page). There was no fridge even though we booked room with the fridge.

The location was superb. Right on the main square. The beds were comfortable, the aircon worked well, the wiFi was fast and there were some odd, interesting features in the room such as a huge mirror and a really strangely designed chair. The room was basically good until we get to the negative aspects.

Miles and away in front, the thing that means my valuation is so much lower is that the bedroom part of the room was divided from the bathroom by a glass screen, not a frosted glass screen but a see through glass screen. So, every time either of us used the toilet the user was on full view and I hated that. It wasn't even as though there was a low wall or anything. Whilst we're talking about the bathroom the shower fitting was broken too and the shower gel and what not wasn't replaced for the second night. In the bedroom I mentioned the strangely designed chair. Very nice. Unfortunately it didn't fit in the room and it took up the obvious space where the desk chair would have been. So the desk wasn't really usable. Finally, the facilities, I paid 116€ per night. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. So the advertised services weren't really available.

Spacious room, good bathroom, (but no shampoo) no fridge, had to ask for it, which took a couple of hours . No staff available in reception for most of our stay and the room’s phone was broken. Advertised as “Twin room” , there were 2 beds pushed together with double bed bedding, we’re a couple so we didn’t mind, but we kept falling in the middle of them. Poor lighting .

Rude and rarely present receptionist . Very slow check in. Poorly staffed and unprofessional. VERY LOUD MARIACHI STYLE KAREOKE FOR A PRIVATE FUNCTION IN A LOUNGE NEAR ROOMS ON THE 1st Floor. So loud we couldn’t hear the TV in our room , this went on for several hours, making it impossible for us to rest after our long journey by motorbike. In an attempt to complain or ask for a room change, there were no staff available, and although we tried in vain to speak to the manager, he/she was never available or on-site . We asked to speak to him /her in the afternoon of our arrival, that night, and the following morning , we left several messages with a barman (the only staff member that occasionally appeared) but got no response whatsoever from the manager. NO WORKING TELEPHONE, so no room service/wake up call option available. We had to go down to reception for any query/need/complaint (no fridge, no phone, no working remote control etc , and then no receptionist. We left messages with the barman, who was the only occasionally available staff, left alone it seemed to run messages from guests to the absent staff/manger. POORLY LIT ROOMS, if you like to read in bed, bring a torch! NO FRIDGE on arrival NO AVAILABLE STAFF Eventually we asked to speak to the manager, who was not available, even though we asked on 3 separate occasions, each time leaving messages for him to contact us on his arrival with bar man (the only staff occasionally available) early afternoon, evening and following day. No response whatsoever. We were courteous , patient, polite, but got no reply nor response from the manager or any staff during the whole stay.…. Poorly run, sloppy unprofessional service on every level, STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. we even dined in their restaurant which was also a disaster.
