The hotel is located very close to the beach and within walking distance of lots of the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and maintained a good temperature. Despite being very central there was very little noise - especially on the top floor where I was! The reception staff were very patient with our (very bad) Spanish and made us feel very welcome.

The lift was occasionally a bit slow, I sometimes had to wait awhile to go up and almost always walked down the stairs when leaving the building. That is my only complaint.

This hotel was a fantastic find! It offered everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gijón. Location is absolutely perfect! It was super close to everything - the beach, restaurants, shops, sights. I could easily walk everywhere I wanted to go. My room was clean, quiet, and had a comfy bed. Just what you need after a day exploring! This hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Gijón.

Would recommend. Great location. One block from beach..loads of cafes, bars shops around. Clean..comfortable. Quirky. Great that had bikes free to use.

No plugs at side of bed Mattress v hard Limited tea and toiletries (but no probs when requested) from staff Toilet roll dispenser (like in public toilets) 😑 personal pet hate of mine!!!nstead toilet rolls pls I wouldn't let these things put off.just wanted to mention though. Don't know why it's only 2 star deserve more but maybe these little things is why

The location is perfect, close to both the beach and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The front desk clerk in the morning was friendly and very helpful. My room was thoroughly cleaned everyday.

It would be good to have more comfortable pillows.

Few days before going they send you a form to quick check-in, which is quite useful. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Since I was travelling with a dog, there were bowls for him in the room, just in case I forgot mine. Nice detail. It was also very close to the beach and to anything in the center.

Since it´s centrally located, the parking is impossible. There are many garages you can go to, although all are quite pricey - ask the hotel for deal, which I didn´t. I´ve been informed once I already parked. Also, the walls are quite thin, I could hear my neighbour singing in the shower. I know it´s not the hotel´s fault, but be aware that it can happen :)

A real treat for dog lovers. The plaza around the corner is a Facebook of dog messages and the beach is massive with many dogs . Restaurants and cafes everywhere. Wonderful hotel with attention to detail and comfortable rooms.

Double rooms are quite a step up from single rooms. A water kettle would have been handy.

Good location for access to the San Lorenzo beach, as well as city centre shops and attractions. Friendly staff went out of their way to be helpfull. Thanks to Lara for helping to carry our luggage upto our room as the lift was out of service the day we arrived.

Nothing really, parking was a nightmare but that is the norm for a busy Spanish resort.

Bad quality of WiFi. If you want to work from the hotel, there are desks in rooms, but the connection wasn’t good, especially for calls

Zero soundproofing between rooms meant I could hear every word of my neighbouring guest's phone calls, as well as showering etc. Ear plugs recommended!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great location.

The wall seems to be too thin as you can always hear people walking outside and the lift operating. When others using the shower you can also hear the sound. The Wi-fi was a bit weak
