Beautifully decorated room with a reasonably comfy bed. Excellent blind and curtains combination, and a hot/cold air conditioning unit facing the bed. Nice view over the plaza, and within easy reach of the town's bus stop and local cafes, shops and bars. Best of all: fantastic hiking countryside on the doorstep!

I was disappointed that there wasn't a kettle in the room (I take hot chocolate powder and marshmallows with me everywhere!). There was also only one long pillow to share between two people, so I requested a couple of others. The hotel kindly provided these, but when I returned the following afternoon, I found that the cleaners had taken one of the additional pillows, so I had to ask for another. It was only on the morning I was packing to leave that I found that the cleaners had bizarrely put the missing pillow in the wardrobe!

We arrived very late and due to overbooking had a room replacement. We used parking, air conditioning worked well, everything was clean. I was surprised to see large work tables in every room, chairs and super-large bathrooms. A kind woman gave us cold water in the morning.

Crowdy square outside and delivery guy's motos — too loud, motos should be banned on narrow streets of old town.

The bedrooms were very comfortable, with big bathrooms as a bonus. The bed was big with a nice mattress and pillows. Since the tap water is not very good to drink, the staff quickly offered a big bottle of water to have in the room.

The soundproofing of walls, windows and doors is not the best and you can hear some noise from the street, the floor lobby, and other rooms, including doors closing, people talking, etc... The breakfast has a good quality-price relationship but it's lacking some savoury options.

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

The only downside was the parking fee — €10 per day for using the hotel's garage

Clean, spacious rooms and great value for money. Located in walking distance of everything in the town.

The lady waitressing at breakfast was so so rude! I have never experienced such rudeness from someone in hospitality! All other staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The area IBI was so boring. No entertainment, closed shops and nothing to do during the day. The people had very poor English.

Localisation was crucial - city center, and everyday room cleaning. Some retro artsy feeling..
