Very nice and relaxing place, the pool and the garden is really beautiful.

The direction is good but the breakfast could be improved. I think they were not prepared for so many people. They were missing little things like more spoons to take out the food etc. so by the end it was a bit chaotic at the buffet.

Beautiful, dog friendly hotel in a small village just outside Valencia. Perfect for us on a long drive from France to Southern Spain. Very friendly and comfortable. Beautiful gardens and pool.

The gardens ,restaurant and reception are fabulous.

The key card wouldn't always work. You just want to go back to your room , get there, and the key card doesn't work. Then you have to go back to reception to get it updated. This happens every day. It's very annoying.

I had booked a junior suite but ended up in a standard room, which turned out ok afterall. Strange noises in the room were quickly fixed by technician (air in the pipes). Room avails of Coffee/tea facilities and water bottles which was appreciated.

Basic clean hotel in a small town/village. We booked including dinner, a good choice since on the Monday night we were there Biar had 0 to offer - the town was dead.

Beds were very firm, my back did not approve. Very meager breakfast with little choice.

The location of this small Hotel was excellent. For the most part the hotel was very pleasant except for a few basic things. The reception staff were usually good but had to refer everything to the manager for even the most basic of requests.

The hotel didn't appear tho have any balconies and despite the information contained on Booking.Com and from the hotels own website, there was no air conditioning provided. The AC was there but the hotel had decided that it wasn't hot enough to have it on as it was October and nearly winter, it was in fact averaging 29 degrees C with the sun fully on our room windows from around 2pm. There was one night that it was so hot we decided to open the window but as our room overlooked the bar area down stairs the noise kept us awake until well after 1am, not pleasant as we had had a very long day. Cleaning in the hotel was sporadic. Twice during our stay we returned to our room at around 2:30pm and found the room had not been serviced. Just about every breakfast the plates put out for customers to use were greasy and dirty, not just a couple, most of them. This hotel has the potential to be great because the location is excellent, however I believe that the management let the staff down by not really providing good leadership in the running of their hotel. A shame really as it has the potential to be excellent, perhaps it was the end of the season and we didn't see it at its best, but i can only report on what i experience when we stayed.
