Simply everything! Super nice address, beautiful, huge outdoor area with pool, seating and sunbathing areas for chilling out. Interesting region with many culturally interesting buildings and lively flora and fauna. Warm welcome from arrival to departure. - We would love to come back...

Charming rural hotel in a nice setting with established gardens and salt water pool. Rustic but with furniture and fittings in good condition and nice touches like a private courtyard for the room I stayed in. Peaceful and quiet location equidistant (around 10km) from two small towns, both of which are pretty.

Not so much a dislike as a suggestion - as the hotel does not have pool service it would be nice to have a mini-fridge in the room.

The hotel is tranquil and quirky. We loved the relaxed nature of the rooms and surrounding countryside. The set meal was delicious.

Peaceful. Lovely surroundings with shades. Very nice pool. Helpful staff that gave good tips about sights and history of the place. 5 min drive to Biar with restaurants and castle to visit. Large rooms. Recommend eating dinner at the hotel. Would definitely visit again.

I was totally blown away by how great this little hotel was. To start the was very well priced. not overly expensive at all. the hotel is located in the most beautiful area and only a few kilometers outside of Biar which is a really pretty town. the owners were so friendly and helpful. they organized two massages, both with different people and styles, both of which were absolutely fantastic, they also organized yoga and meditation, again two different teachers and styles and honestly they were the perfect combination. we even managed to swim although it is a little chilly at this time of the year but so refreshing and in such a beautiful location, surrounded only by trees and natural beauty there are a lot of different spaces both inside and outside and few guests so in the times we are in it’s perfect. everywhere was spotless and smelled so clean. we had breakfast and dinner both days and the quality of the food was exceptional. there are lots of different salons and a library with games and outside a lot of different hidden terraces, ping pong table etc, hiking just outside the door….I mean what else can I say. nothing we asked was too much for them. they even ordered a delicious birthday cake in for us. beautiful hotel, friendly owners, fantastic location, so quiet you can hear the silence, packed full of things to do come rain or shine.it’s the best holiday I’ve had in years. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away. all I can do is recommend this place. we will definitely go back again!

Great setting in a nicely restored farm. Well appointed rooms with super views. Set menu was absolutely delicious, the lamb in particular. Good value for money and an XL saltwater pool. Breakfast in the courtyard : cozy and tasteful. The altitude at 700 meter provides a nice breeze.

The reception on arrival felt a bit odd: we were reprimanded for not informing the hotel about a possble dinner reservation. Dining outside with well programmed music was a delight, yet the waitress could have been a bit more communicative. During the day we have spent some great time in and next to the pool and we have tried to arrange for bath towels and a drink. In vain unfortunately. (On the second day we did manage to get the towels) Despite these small shortcomings we recommend Mas Fontanelles strongly; we would certainly code back when Ingen area.

Lovely room, very quiet. Good food. Swimming pool was lovely after a long day on the motorbike. Dinner excellent.

Great place to relax and unwind and with a lovely pool. The owners gave us very helpful tips on nearby walks and places to visit. It's only 4km from Biar which has places to eat.

Breakfast was good and flexibel. Loved the cake! beautiful surrounding area for hikes etc. Dinner was served on the porch with candlelight and music. Staff was very friendly.

Room could do with a touch up.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so be prepared. They offered an evening meal, which turned out to be a multi course dinner of local food, and was very good.
