Friendly efficient receptionist and restaurant staff. Room clean, lovely bathroom for accessibity needs.

Awkward to find parking underground but managed. Evening meal in restaurant was marred by a family with 2 noisy shrieking toddlers who were allowed to race around shrieking, encouraged by parents who did nothing to calm them. Our waiter was very embarrassed about the row..he could hardly hear us speak! I am a Grandma so I understand children need a bit of slack, but would have been ashamed of them if they were mine and would have taken them out of dining area.

Continental breakfast only, no hot food. Pastries were hard and stale! When paying €13 for continental option only you’d expect good quality and fresh food. No staff around to tell either!

Location was away from the wedding venue we went to meaning taxis were difficult to order.

My son Barry Caulfield booked appartment in elda with you. Taxi driver could not find address. Link kept sending us to wrong one. 11pm. We had to book into hotel which cost 150euro. The following morning my son located appartment having to inquire from a lot of people. Very disappointed. Breda Caulfield.

The amenity coffee machine is not available when the restaurant is open. It’s a shame you cannot have a quick self-made coffee in the morning. Beds are comfortable but duvets instead of blankets would be preferable.

Excellent Hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Parking was under the hotel in a public parking lot. It only cost me 6 Euro to park my motorcycle but it costs 10 Euro to park cars. It is manned with a 24 hour security guard.

Can't think of anything! The place was excellent.
