Everything there was fabulous. Beginning from Martha, who always cared for us, passing to the room, which was extraordinarily enormous and comfy. What's also very relevant to say, is that the rooms are cleaned every day! It was totally unexpected, but I think that says a lot of great things about this place. At such a price you won't find a better accommodation, I guarantee.

It's something little to be honest, but I won't deny that it would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the room for each guest. Nonetheless there are muffins, coffee and tea for your disposition.

Clean room, comfortable bed and good location (5 mins far from the tube), shops and restaurants nearby. A special mention to Marta: the first day we found out a problem with the bed and she promptly helped us (even if it was weekend) and solved the problem. Highly recommended!

We suggest to improve the lightening of the room

The room was very clean and it was freshened every day. They left cakes and tea bags in the room which was very nice. The communications with the hotel were very good and the location was very convenient.

The facilities were a little worn, but I didn't mind this as I was looking for mainly value for money and location on this trip.

Property is close to airport metro line. Room was very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, good standard. Great little shared area with fridge, tea/coffee and fruit. The host was lovely and welcoming

Property is right next to a Trainline so it can be a bit noisy but the trains stop for a few hours in the middle of the night. It would have been convenient for a city break if we could have left our luggage in the hotel on the last day

Clean, all the basic provided. Simple and easy to find, shops, battery and market near by, close to the metro (easy transport to get around) Owner very helpful.

Would return after a day out to find someone (assuming owner) had been in room to clean, nothing was ever missing but first day did take us by surprise as there was nothing to state a cleaning service.

Perfect location, everything is easily accessible. Clean room,clean towels every day. Quick and easy communication with the hostess. As our flight was way earlier than check in time, we asked our Hostess what she can do about it and she got the room ready earlier..Thank you very much for that.

Marta was a kind and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. The room itself was as pictured and the building was close to the metro stop into the centre.

The doors were difficult to unlock at times. The area felt safe enough, but we didn’t see many other tourists & it was a 20-30 minute metro ride to more central areas.

The place is very nice and comfortable. Very clean, cozy dining/living room. Big room, no need to wait for hot water in the shower or tap. AA/CC available. And the owner was always available and caring for the guest to feel comfortable.

The room was very clean and the furniture was simple and good! The host was very friendly, and the place had free coffee.

The bed was a bit hard. And there were no natural light in the room or common room, which made the place very dark.

Host was really friendly and helpfull. Expectations for the price and location were fully aligned

Place is located between two railroads and may be a bit noisy if you have problems with sleep
