It was clean and they were hospitable. When I had issue the hosts try their best to help us- For example once our codes was not working and door was locked completely we tried calling them no one responded at all no WhatsApp no call nothing but after few min they responded although they weren’t available they told us other method if our code is not working to get inside - they try their best to help us- or we need a place to put our baggage our flight was night but check out 11 am they gave us the locker with a cost :) but it was perfect

Clean, modern, and practical apartment with a reasonably comfortable bed (a vital issue for me). The mattress is not top quality, a bit too soft for my taste, but not low quality either, so both my spouse and I could sleep well for three nights.

Although the location is only a 10 min walk to a metro station (a really useful thing as it is not that close to the city, about 6 metro stations away, and main attractions) and close to a local supermarket, it's in a relatively low social economic area. After visiting Barcelona, there are so many areas that looked a lot more interesting to stay, depending on the price etc. Kitchenette lacked some basic and useful kitchenware utensils that are common in most apartments I've stayed, including salt/pepper and oil, a chopping board, tea towel, and non-metal spatula to avoid scratching the non-stick fried pan for example. The bathroom would benefit from some towel racks.

Very comfortable, clean and cozy apartment not far from a metro station. I was surprised that the kitchen was fully equipped: a coffee machine, a tea pot, a toaster, tea, coffee, dishes etc. The bed was nice and comfortable. Good towels. No heating but I used AC so it was warm. Nice helpful staff, easy check in and check out. A few good supermarkets around, a nice quiet area, a few simple bakeries, cafes and restaurants but nothing fancy. A bit far from the city center, but I needed this specific area for work so I was happy with the location. I felt really comfortable, thanks a lot!

The location won't be convenient for you if you want sightseeing.

The place was lovely—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, a hairdryer, and a storage box for our luggage on the day of departure. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist whenever we needed help.

We encountered some difficulties with the door locks and building access, as the locking mechanism on the exterior doors was changed multiple times during our stay (though we're not sure if this is a frequent occurrence). However, the owners promptly provided us with the new access codes within a few minutes.

The renovations are nicely done. Fully equipped kitchen... all new dishes and pans. Easy check in and good communication.

Neighborhood isn't great but you can walk a few blocks for nice shops and restaurants

The apartment has a good location, with some stores around. The overall experience was great and it is a very comfortable apartment. However some details needed some attention: the toilet flush wasn’t working perfectly, the sink wasn’t draining correctly, the bread toaster wasn’t working (we asked for a replacement and it wasn’t fulfilled) and one of the access cards didn’t worked (so we were locked out temporarily- although management was helpful and provided a code to allow us to get inside quickly).

This is a hidden gem. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest Metro Santa Eulalia and although is obviously not located in one of the more prosperous areas of Barcelona it felt completely safe at all times (even when returning on the metro at 1am in the morning) and was a welcome change from the tourist packed parts of the city. There is a small bakers opposite, a small supermarket and a Bank with cash point all within a 1 minute walk. For context the weekend I stayed 2 nights in the Poblenou Travelodge for some reason was in excess of 550 Euros and there were similar price hikes in the centre of the city at all hotels for that period. This apartment was excellent value for money and armed with a Hola Barcelona card a few stops on the Metro was no inconvenience at all and allowed me to see parts of Barcelona I would never have otherwise come across. I will return.

I did not like having to find 1 Euro 32 cents cash to put in an envelope & pay the tourist tax. Not sure why this could not have been included in the booking price - local bye laws maybe?

A nice apartment with everything you need and good neighbourhood. At first seemed like we are far away from the center and wondered about the safety, but it was great. Seems like a family neighbourhood, we had no problems. Also picking up the keys was really simple and the building entrance is nicely done.

Just a minor note on the shower and automatic lights. While you hower the sensor doesn’t catch the movement because of the curtain so every few minutes you end up in dark and have to wave out to trigger the sensor.

the accommodation is nice, clean, just like in the pictures. It's not exactly in the touristic part of Barcelona, ​​it takes at least 25 minutes by transport to some city location. The first night, the area seemed very unsafe to me because we arrived late, but then I saw that it was safe. In the evening, it is better to have dinner in the city, many nearby restaurants are not open. The offer of price and quality is excellent and I would return to the same accommodation again.
