Good stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at the breakfast hall. Very polite. Good breakfast with wide range. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Bathrobe and slippers are provided.
The location would have been good any other time. But due to Easter and holy week. The roads around the hotel were fully blocked. It's very crowded. It took us 2 hrs to get to the hotel from the main road. For the whole week, the processions run until midnight and with music, drums, etc. Was unable to sleep. We stayed here for 4 nights, and it's was quite loud and a lot of disturbance from the road. The hotel itself was great but would suggest not to visit during the holy week. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this might not be the one. Regarding the rooms Superior quadruple room. Would have been good to have some extra storage. Struggled to fit clothes for 4 ppl

Brilliant location, centre of the ‘old town’ and convenient for everything. All the Staff here are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble to them. Breakfast was great, lots of hot or cold stuff all good too. Rooms are quiet at night, in fact all times as they are no where near traffic, comfortable and everything worked. Bathroom clean and all working. I def would stay here again if I come back to Malaga. They had great big umbrellas for the one really rainy day free for use.
There is nothing I did not like that I can think of as I prep to checkout.

The location was great - right in the centre. Hotel in a pedestrian area . Great to have a kettle and cups so we could have tea and coffee whenever we wanted. Breakfast was excellent with a good range and topped up frequently. Good lighting in the room. We liked the little balcony. Good to have a safe.
We like to have the window open at night for fresh air and there was quite a lot of noise from revellers in the street very late (ie early hours of the morning). There was loud noise from a lorry (either rubbish collection, drain cleaner or street cleaner) each night right below our balcony/window The coffee machines (3 ) were slow and were often running out of coffee or milk and, at peak times, there was a queue and long wait because the staff could not keep up with the pace of refilling the machines and the food. In the room, there were no drawers or cupboards, apart from the wardrobe, so there was nowhere to place items - ie hairbrushes, books, tablets, personal items. It would have been good to have a bedside table with 1 drawer at least.

The location was excellent, right next to the main shopping street, yet it was quiet because our room was situated at the back and on the fifth floor. The room was spacious, it was a quadruple room even though there were only three of us. The bathroom was spacious with a very large walk-in shower. We had complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion).
The dining room was quite busy at times. There was a large choice of hot, savoury and sweet items on display. We always had prepared fresh fruit which was nice but the fruit was not always sweet like the melon and pineapple. There was a large choice of fresh juices and the orange juice was amazing!

The hotel is perfectly situated to visit Málaga. The public areas are bright and airy, and staff are very helpful. I enjoyed breakfast, with staff working very hard to keep people flowing through and keeping food and drink topped up. There was one day we had to wait for a table, but overall I was impressed. I struggled to get the air conditioning working but it seemed to come on as if by magic while we were out.
We booked a small room knowingly and on reflection I might have splashed out on a bigger one. Also, the room had no view unless you count the wall opposite.

Fantastic location close to everything; breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern.
The rooms on the first floor were too warm (we couldn’t open the window as we overlooked a street which became quite noisy early morning). The air conditioning wasn’t operating for some reason on our floor as we were told it was not summer yet, although it was on the fifth floor where our friends stayed. The staff did let us borrow a fan, however. This seemed a bit odd and if it wasn’t for this we would’ve given it a very good review.

Fantastic location right in center of old town with plenty of restaurants close by. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful staff
Long narrow room with very little natural light as the room was facing the inner courtyard. Frosted Glassdoor to the bathroom right in front of bed - absolutely no privat life possible - you can hear a needle drop to the ground. Door to the hotel corridor was extremely poorly insulated. It felt like we were sleeping with the door open and could easily hear people walking by talking and other room doors slamming. Also light coming in all around the door frame was annoying during night. Very far from parking so do not bring a heavy suitcase.

Loved the location. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast buffet had a really good selection and the breakfast room had a lovely chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff.
The bath/shower had very high sides to climb over . There was a small step you had to use to climb but it was in an awkward place and there were no rails or handles to hold on to . Extra difficult climbing out when you're wet ! I managed it but my Mother could not use it as she has mobility difficulties . The room was very hot and had no air. We only had doors that opened on to a communal patio to let air in but could not do this at night. I tried to adjust the temperature control but it never got any cooler. This made the room quite uncomfortable to try and sleep.

Great location, right in the heart of things, yet quiet at night. The best buffet breakfast selection I’ve ever seen. Comfortable bed.
The bedroom chairs are designed for the young and supple. It took a bolster and a cushion for me to be able to sit in the easy chair, and then without adequate support and with little comfort. The online check-in shows no awareness of the reading difficulties older guests might have with small print on a smartphone and with a black background. English was not on offer as one of the languages. I find this incomprehensible!
