Beautiful apartment, in the centre, huge comfortable beds!

It was very loud at night! It did keep me up, so maybe bring ear plugs! I was in the street facing room though, the other room was fine.

The service from the agency was exceptional. Thought it would be a pain to have to get a taxi to get the keys but it only cost 5 euros and the support and advice received was excellent. They stayed in touch throughout our stay, dropped of a complimentary bottle of vino and offered bag storage on our last day.

Was unclear on Booking.com that the apartment we booked did not have a roof terrace. This is clear on their own site. We missed the roof terrace.

Excellent location and a well equipped apartment which was super clean. The bed was ultra comfortable and the kitchen had everything one needed to make breakfast or snacks. Picking up your key was easy and the staff at the office and on the telephone were super helpful.

There was no floor brush or vacuum cleaner in the apartment. As we were there for 6 days this would have been helpful but perhaps the normal stay is 2 or 3 days where it would not matter.

This is a really nice place to stay. Big ceilings. Bright and airy. Great location in the center of Malaga's historic Old Town. 20 minute walk to the beach. Great food and shopping options.

The key pick-up is a huge hassle! I had to walk 20 minutes one way to find the office where the keys are kept. There really -- REALLY -- needs to be a far more efficient process for travelers to pick-up the keys.

A great apartment perfectly located next to the Thyssen Museum, in the heart of the old town. A very good sized apartment for two people.

Having to pick up the keys from an office over a mile away was a pain; and being charged €20 for arriving 10 minutes after 21.00 was bad. A key box at the propertywould have removed all problems. But the apartment had no WiFi and though this had been reported by a previous tenant nothing had been done to fix it.

The apartment is indeed in the heart of the vibrant old city; it’s spacious, with good quality linens and kitchen well equipped.

The street noise goes on until morning and the windows don’t isolate properly. It’s a lot of hassle the Caleta online checkin followed by picking up the keys from the office that is 15 minutes away. The apartment accommodates 4 but don’t expect the sofa yo be comfortable for adults.

Loved the location, absolutely perfect for exploring the old town and makes everything very walkable. Plenty of nice restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Apartment is spacious, with a good shower with excellent temperature and water pressure. Bed is huge and comfy. Warning that the street can stay loud into the early hours on weekends but is peaceful during the week. WiFi does the job for light tasks but two people streaming ours strain on bandwidth. All in all very pleasant apartment with plenty of room for a couple. The WhatsApp comms are great and very fast and an easy way to ask questions or understand process for check in and check out. Very helpful staff and team and very reasonable pricing.

8/10 as picking up the keys from the office is a bit inconvenient, though they are only a 15m walk away. Remote entry would be an improvement. The deposit takes quite a while to be refunded also, though this is explained on the website so is not a surprise, but would be better if faster :)

We booked the penthouse apartment which was very quiet considering it was carnival and the street was busy into the early hours of the morning.

Having stayed in many flats over the last few years we found the furnishings, decoration and facilities quite basic but acceptable.

Location is perfect to walk to most of the attractions. A good variety of restaurants in the area with good services.

The room was not ready at the check in time.15:00. Little natural light, due to windows on the back very close to another building. No cleaning in 5 days, no toilet paper refill.

Great location in Centro Histórico district, within walking distance of everything to enjoy a great break - restaurants, bars, historic sites, transport links, Christmas lights, Marathon etc. Older property that had been well modernised and thought out. Lift was a bonus too. Customer service of Caleta Homes was excellent too, good and timely communication and very responsive.

Nothing to dislike! Suited our needs perfectly.
