We liked everything - starting from the location which is just 2 blocks away from the Carmen-Thyssen museum and thus the historical center, and at the same time - 2 blocks away from the river - which gives you the possibility to use a less expensive parking - just accross the bridge - Parking Marmoles for 15 EUR/24H - compared to all the other parking inside the limits of the historical center - for 25-30 EUR per day. The room was even nicer than the pictures - the design layout is very modern, artistic, light and cozy with very tall sailings which makes the space airy and even more larger than can be seen on the photos. There is everything - big sofa, huge wooden table with chairs in the kitchen/dining area with all necessary appliances - fridge, cupboards, sink, etc. - really convenient both for short and longer stay. The bedroom is with a good size and a space for clothes. The bed is very comfortable. The temperature is controlled by AC and it was warm enough during our stay. The bathroom has a very nice design and comfortable shower, but the soundproofing could be a problem. There's a good wifi connection and a lift. The whole builing is recently renovated and all the appartments are made for guests from the same company - so you feel very safe. There's an inner courtyard which is accessible from the street by a door with a code. The room access is also with a quite complicated code, so write it down both in your phone and on a paper because if your phone dies - you cannot get back home :D Everything was really fresh and new, well designed and comfortable and we'd love to stay again when we return to Malaga.

- For friends or families more than 2 people - you should be aware that the bathroom is with a sliding door and all the noise from the bathroom/toilet is heard throughout the apartment :D So you have to be either very delicate with noises or turn the bathroom sink very loud in order to find some toilet privacy.

The location, decor and communication were excellent. The facilities are very good, lots of hot water and great quality throughout. The whole building is well designed and the balcony a great bonus. Air con good and decent storage. Very good deal for the fantastic location in the old town. Parking is nearby as are all the sights, shops and restaurants. Great.

The bedroom and bed are very small and could definitely do with more pillows. The bathroom although well designed needs some upkeep, there was a bit of mold and grouting missing, needing a bit of tlc. the apartment can get noisy with toilets flushing above and door closes echoing loudly.

The apartment was much bigger than expected and located right in the city centre of Malaga - it was very difficult to find parking at a reasonable price, but the host Angel was able to recommend the closest and cheapest parking garage available. Check in was extremely simple and Angel was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The apartment was very clean and equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, broom, mop, etc. so that our stay was as comfortable as possible. It was also very quiet in comparison to other places we'd stayed; we happened to be in Malaga at the same time fashion week was taking place but we weren't able to hear any street noises which is definitely a plus!

location, location, location! it really exceeded our expectations. so close to everything in the old town centre but far enough away to feel safe and peaceful. would definitely return. lots of storage space there were also plenty of plug sockets and the AC worked well. We booked taxis twice using our hosts (there are some contact details in the lobby) and taxi driver was on time (actually a few mins early!) on both occasions. great service!

a large/ full length mirror would have been useful and the tv didnt work (radio only) but very minor issues!

Location is great, near every important sight. You can relax in the balcony. The apartment has proper bad and pillows, hight of the rooms (aprox 3.5-4m) increases the space. The kitchen is well equiped. We were very well welcomed by friendly people and everything explained, could leave the luaggage in the lockers for free amd when case we could check in sooner. The cleaning components for the dishes were new and sanitary.

Not enough soap for 3 days even tough a gift is available at the beginning including soap. More cleaning soap for dishes

The location is superb. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. You can find most of the utensilies in the apartment from cutlery to coffee machine. We liked the single cleaning and hygiene packages they provided per unit. The staff was friendly when you saw them. The keyless door locks are also fine.

Accessing the property is a bit of a hassle. The instructions were not so clear and even when we informed our arrival time nobody answered the phone or whatsapp message. In the end we got in when other guests came out and we located the staff cleaning rooms. There's very little insulation and you hear every neighbor and sounds well. It was quiet time of the year so it was more or less fine.

Location was great, in the heart of the historic centre but quiet and peaceful. Angel was really helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. The walk in shower was very useful and worked really well. Always plenty of hot water. Comfortable seating area.

The apartment only had indoor windows (overlooking an internal well.) The tv was wifi enabled but did not connect to internet as, apparently, the result of a general fault on the network, though wifi in general worked well.

The apartment was very spacious, everything went to plan regarding signing in on arrival. The apartments had a lift which made life so much easier with luggage.Staff very helpful regarding response to questions asked by myself. The situation of apartment was so close to all the beautiful shops and historic buildings, plus the added bonus of all the spectacular Christmas lights to be displayed. We had a great time. Difficult at first to find, a map could be included with rental details for more ease of travel with suitcases. Got lost a little, due to the maze of streets looking all the same or similar, it was very interesting journey and experience.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, spacious, stylish and very comfortable in a lovely building. We arrived early but Angel kindly met us there straight away, explained everything, gave us his 24 hour number in case we needed him. Keyless entry - codes for main door and apartment eliminated worry of losing keys. Great location, less than 15 mins walk from Malaga Centro Alameda railway station and right in the historic centre. Really peaceful as located on a residential street without bars or restaurants, yet with a huge choice moments away. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Malaga.

Nothing to dislike, loved everything

Nice apartment with enough amenities to stay for a few days. Lots of space and nice terrace area at the back of the building so sunny in the afternoon. Very clean and nicely decorated. Bedding very clean and bed comfortable. The only downside is the TV set up. We couldn't find any English channels and when we tried to use Netflix and Amazon Prime, we encountered error messages. There are no instructions for anything like the TV or the hob operation and no information regarding places to visit which would have been helpful. Also the facility for storing luggage is good but no instructions on how to use the lockers - a notice on the wall would be great - luckily we found a janitor to show us how it works, who was very helpful. Other than information issues everything else was good, especially the location and we would stay again.
