Great location, we had a standard room on the front of the hotel (2nd floor) and were worried about road noise. The hotel is VERY well insulated and we didn't hear a thing! The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and linen. We drove to the hotel for a one night stay and used their valet parking for 27 Euro, which was great as we just parked out side and gave them our keys - super easy! Check in was great and all the staff are really friendly. We will stay again!

This is not a negative, just a preference.....I wish the hotel was adults only as the rooftop pool area is small (they do call it a mini pool). When we went up to relax in the afternoon and there were noisy children splashing about and screaming.I think there should be children's swim times or signs up that they should be well behaved. Other guests told us that they had experienced the same over the last couple of days. Also, some people had left their towels on sun loungers and gone for lunch. I think maybe there should be an attendant up there to ensure that the small space can be used properly by all and that people find it relaxing. This is just a niggle and won't stop us going back, just want ro suggest that they have a staff presence up there

Very spacious superior room with coffee and tea facilities. The shower power was very strong and the dressing robes were a great addition. Very clean.

The pool was not available for our stay and we were not informed about this ahead of the stay. That was disappointing as we were hoping to use it for the last of the sun.

It was a lovely hotel with very attentive staff. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time, they told us that they will get the room ready for us before the check in time. We went out to explore the town. The hotel was in the centre it was walking distance to most places. When we went back to the hotel we had a nice surprise with an upgrade and bottle of champagne with a message congratulating our anniversary. The staff at the reception helped us with renting a car for the day and were very informative. Thanks everyone :) Everything was excellent the staff, the room, the restaurant. We would love to get back there again soon. And of course breakfast the most important meal of the day, there was everything you could wish for.

Everything was perfect

Loved the location, staff was great and room was nicely decorated. Very close to restaurants and shopping. And built on top of an archeological find-wow. We appreciate the fruit and water tray they sent up to our room.

We needed more light in the room and that seem lacking so we had to open the balcony drapes which exposed us to the residents of building across. Breakfast was good but it was monotonous- it was the same the 6 mornings we were there. Also, the fridge was so full of bar stuff that we can hardly fit a bottle of water inside. There is no space on the desk for our day to day stuff so we moved their tray of snacks into the closet. The nightstand space was tiny and can hardly fit our phones and tablets together.

Our room had a really comfortable bed and was very clean .The included accessories gave a luxurious feel to our stay. We had a side view overlooking a road but the room was quiet . The staff were all very friendly and helpful and you were always greeted with a smile . The parking was underground with a very professional valet parking team, with access to our vehicle easy when needed for extra luggage etc.The food in the restaurant was very good with excellent service and at a reasonable price.The breakfast was excellent with every choice catered for.All in all we had a lovely Stay in Malaga which was a short stroll from this lovely hotel.

The price was a little high but I guess this was due to the timing of our stay.

Had a lovely stay here which coincided with Holy Week - La Semana Santa - which was incredible! As regards the hotel, it is centrally located so walking distance to everything! The hotel is absolutely fabulous - loved the decor! The staff were wonderful particularly Fátima who was most helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is lovely and you can order from a menu too for omelettes, pancakes etc. We ate at the dinner two evenings and it was top notch! Staff were excellent there as well. We had a lovely stay and would definitely love to return to this hotel!

Ask for a quiet room away from the river. We were alocated on the 4th floor , where in a holeway was a coffee machine, fruits, cakes and soft drinks available 24/7, other floors didn't have that. It was lovely there. Clarins branded soaps and shampoos, and all toiletries were there in the bathroom including combs and body wash sponges that I always need to buy! Bath AND shower available in the room. Very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfasts :) till 11!

we had no views throughout the windows or balcony to see outside from the room , because windows were only in the roof as you see on the pictures, however the terrace was available, and it was next to our room.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I arrived at 10 in the morning and was given the opportunity to have breakfast while my room was getting prepared way before regular check-in time. I was allowed to check-in just before 12, which was amazing as I was so tired from a 12 hour journey. The room as small but super cosy, always perfectly clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options, both buffet and made to order. Both the manager and the chef walked me through breakfast when I arrived to let me know what was safe for me to eat (lactose intolerant). Room service was great too, I especially recommend the club sandwich, so so tasty. While the pool area isn't huge and can get easily crowded I never had a problem finding a spot. You can order food and have lunch by the pool, there's always someone close by in case you need anything, like cocktails, which were great. There's towels, suncream and books available for everyone to use too, in case anyone forgets. I feel truly spoiled after my stay.

The hotel with wonderful location. Excellent breakfasts with a wide choice of dishes, coffee, tea, juices. It should be offered prosecco, but the waiters do not open bottles or do not provide glasses for this (it is not comfortable to ask for this every day). Swimming pool nice but not big (it's not a problem of this hotel, but of most of the hotels in Malaga). Protecting creams are provided. Rooms are comfortable, clean.

The 5* hotel should provide more amenities for the bathroom, for instance, vanity kit. You can ask for them on the reception, but it is not the best way. The staff on the restaurant during the breakfasts could be more attentive if we talk about the 5* hotel - to ask about tea or coffee, to provide a la carte menu (we knew about this only because the waiter gave us the menu our first day breakfast).

Breakfast was fresh each morning and a good selection. You can choose from the buffet and there is also a menu. The staff get to know quickly your tea / coffee order and bring it to you quickly if you're having a longer stay. . Rooms are very spacious, clean and beds are big and comfortable. Staff are really pleasant to deal with and we had no difficulties with them. They're very kind to children !

Traveling as a family with a young baby - not a great deal of storage in the bedrooms but we made it work just fine. The pool on the rooftop was very cold and we weren't able to bring the baby into the pool. I'm sure that makes perfect sense for the hot summer but it was a disappointment when we travelled in early May.
