The service was outstanding — every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant team and housekeeping, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to listen and respond to our needs. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. The Entremuros restaurant was a real highlight: delicious, beautifully presented dishes in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere with impeccable service. The hotel’s common areas (lobby, restaurant, breakfast room) are superb and perfectly maintained. The rooftop pool offers a pleasant space with a lovely view. We also appreciated the unique historical touch — the hotel is built over the ruins of the old Medina, and guests can visit the site to admire this fascinating piece of history.

Some rooms could benefit from minor renovations, such as improving soundproofing, refreshing parquet floors, or enhancing certain aesthetic details in the corridors. The hotel’s location is convenient, but some rooms face a dry riverbed, which is not the most scenic view. The pool closes at 8 p.m., which might feel a little early for guests wishing to enjoy it in the evening.

After an amazing stay at Vincci Molviedro in Seville, I decided to conclude my motorcycle trip in Spain with a stay at Vincci in Malaga as well. Just like Seville, the atmosphere in the hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious and nice. The breakfast is super and the ability to order from the menu is great addition for a late start or when it's busy. The rooftop pool allows for a nice cooldown with a bar and food. Private parking underneath the hotel is a luxury. But above all, the ladies at the front desk are super kind, happy and helpful. Greeting you with a big smile every time you come by.

The hotel room facing the main street was a bit noisy. The air conditioning in the room also seemed to struggle to keep the room cool with the sun on the windows. Being tall, showering in a bath tub is not ideal. The guys at the rooftop bar were a bit grumpy and often not attending, which resulted in taking some time to get towels. Placing some towels on the bar was helpful not having to wait. The rooftop is also a bit small, making it full and crowded during busy hot days.

Great location, we had a standard room on the front of the hotel (2nd floor) and were worried about road noise. The hotel is VERY well insulated and we didn't hear a thing! The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and linen. We drove to the hotel for a one night stay and used their valet parking for 27 Euro, which was great as we just parked out side and gave them our keys - super easy! Check in was great and all the staff are really friendly. We will stay again!

This is not a negative, just a preference.....I wish the hotel was adults only as the rooftop pool area is small (they do call it a mini pool). When we went up to relax in the afternoon and there were noisy children splashing about and screaming.I think there should be children's swim times or signs up that they should be well behaved. Other guests told us that they had experienced the same over the last couple of days. Also, some people had left their towels on sun loungers and gone for lunch. I think maybe there should be an attendant up there to ensure that the small space can be used properly by all and that people find it relaxing. This is just a niggle and won't stop us going back, just want ro suggest that they have a staff presence up there

- Great location, right next to the market and close to major landmarks without being too busy - Modern rooms with robe/slippers. We absolutely loved the pillow menu on the app and were able to get memory foam pillows - Really friendly staff - Rooftop bar/pool was lovely - On our last day we got a personal note and cake to thank us for our stay which was a sweet gesture

- The double bed is just two king singles joined together. You couldn’t sleep in the middle of the bed as it would separate. - Pool is lovely but very small for the size of the hotel. Got full very quickly with limited space but I imagine this is quite common for Malaga or any city. They did what they could with the space!

Our stay at Vincci Selección Posada del Patio was truly memorable. The hotel’s location is simply beautiful — right in the heart of Málaga, walking distance to everything yet peaceful and elegant. The room was spacious and spotless, the ambiance was stylish, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. A special thanks to Inma and Fatima at the reception — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also works with a car rental agency, which made renting a car super easy and convenient. I would also like to thank Javier who assisted me with the car rental process in the most professional and friendly way.

The bathroom could use some renovation to better match the modern feel of the rest of the room.

Excellent location on the edge of the historical Old Town. Easy access to most interesting sites as well as easy transport hub. The hotel itself is very interesting with parts of the original Roman and medieval wall under glass flooring and also accessible from a lower floor. The restaurant is excellent. The breakfast menu is a good standard. The front desk staff are lovely! The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the sheets are fabulously soft and luxurious. I would definitely stay here again.

It would be really nice if the enclosed patios had opening windows with mosquito screening to get fresh air rather than AC. The other patio has large opening doors but not mosquito screening, so have to be closed at night. Not a major problem but would be nice.

We had the most incredible star the Posada del Patio, what a hotel! We decided to treat ourselves to a really nice hotel as it was my birthday, we couldn't believe our luck when we came to check in and Enrique, at reception told us they had decided to upgrade us as it was a special occasion. Thanks Enrique! Wow - the suite we were in was stunning! The service we received was second to none, simply fantastic. The building itself is gorgeous with incredible and tasteful decor, very classy with a touch of art decor and contemporary design, we loved it. The best was so big and comfortable, the room had everything you could possibly need. We loved the bathroom! The rooftop pool is lovely too! Thank you Vincci Hotels for treating us!

The property was immaculate. Fantastic location. Staff were incredible. Truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness, decor, layout, pool, room space, amenities, 24hr service. The only small criticism is the ironing board, its tiny meaning really difficult to iron your clothing. Would recommend the hotel change this as most people like to iron clothing before an evening meal. Appreciate this may be pedantic to some but if you like to iron you need a decent size board

It was a lovely hotel with very attentive staff. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time, they told us that they will get the room ready for us before the check in time. We went out to explore the town. The hotel was in the centre it was walking distance to most places. When we went back to the hotel we had a nice surprise with an upgrade and bottle of champagne with a message congratulating our anniversary. The staff at the reception helped us with renting a car for the day and were very informative. Thanks everyone :) Everything was excellent the staff, the room, the restaurant. We would love to get back there again soon. And of course breakfast the most important meal of the day, there was everything you could wish for.

Everything was perfect

Loved the location, staff was great and room was nicely decorated. Very close to restaurants and shopping. And built on top of an archeological find-wow. We appreciate the fruit and water tray they sent up to our room.

We needed more light in the room and that seem lacking so we had to open the balcony drapes which exposed us to the residents of building across. Breakfast was good but it was monotonous- it was the same the 6 mornings we were there. Also, the fridge was so full of bar stuff that we can hardly fit a bottle of water inside. There is no space on the desk for our day to day stuff so we moved their tray of snacks into the closet. The nightstand space was tiny and can hardly fit our phones and tablets together.
