Great Central location. Very inviting lobby area

We thought our room could have been nicer for a 4star. We had to ask for the bed valance sheet to be changed when we arrived as it was dirty

Reception staff very good and room large and pleasant.

Emails telling us booking would be cancelled unless we linked to suspect links. This message allegedly from the hotel was forwarded by Booking .com We reported this and we told that the hotel site had been hacked. The hotel contested this and said it was Booking.com site not theirs. We are not able to judge who is correct but at least someone owes us an answer and an apology.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a few days exploring Malaga. It's nice and tucked away from the main strip, so it's nice and quiet (no sounds of loud bins in the morning!). We thought the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. We had booked a standard double room but had a massive bed (albeit 2 beds pushed together) and two showers! Amazing. We didn't book the breakfast so can't comment on that but we had 2 days by the pool where the lunch menu was delicious, as were the drinks. The roof terrace was lovely and the perfect place to chill out and escape from the heat. Would recommend.

The hotel were incredibly helpful in meeting all our needs and requests. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar and pool presented a great place to meet after a full day riding our bikes. The hotel were particularly helpful in accommodation us as a cycling group. They had a room where we could store our bikes safely which we very much appreciated. The breakfasts were plentiful, good quality and provided a great start to every day. The hotel is just outside Malaga Old Town, so it only takes a minute to reach by foot.

Location was ideal for short stay ,couple of minutes from the Old Town area of Malaga ,lots of restaurants bars & shops .The double room was spotless with extremely comfortable beds ,it’s the first thing I check with reviews ,beds were very firm and had requested extra pillows which were in the room on arrival.Early check in was available.Didn’t get to use the rooftop bar as the weather wasn’t good .Bathroom was spacious with large walk in shower .Full size hairdryer provided .Shampoo Conditioner & Shower gel all provided ,USB ports to charge phones etc ,great when travelling from Ireland or UK .

Would have liked more coffee sachets as didn’t want room serviced every day just to refill coffee supplies

Beautiful hotel - nice sized twin room (the long pillows I have never had on a bed before and they were life changing I need them at home) with an incredible bathroom. Very good location ideal I think - cross the bridge you can get the old town or walk opposite direction down the road you can get to shopping and further on down would be the train station. I found Málaga to be very walkable but if you'd need/prefer there are buses that run near by or can easily get a taxi. The roof top area was beautiful - I think a good amount of seating for the bar area the pool we did not use but for the size looked like it had a fair amount of loungers

Some of the light switches in the room either did not work or if was not clear what they were connected to. Honestly a very very minor non-issue just something I noticed it did not effect the stay at all

Location, very clean, very good breakfast ( lots of options for vegetarians and amazing fruit selection) and coffee (Nespresso)

Not a lot of sun beds so have to go early morning when the pool opens. There is a VIP area with sun sofas that was empty all the time i stayed there - they could have offered it as a courtesy to guests or at least encourage it to be paid for. Hotel parking is expensive - I know it’s central but considering that the hotel is pricy enough they could go a little below the parking prices in the area as a gesture to their clients. Beverages are also expensive- again I know it’s a central hotel but i’ve stayed in others 4 stars hotels that had more reasonable prices for cocktails and coffees . They could also renew the towels - they’re not fluffy at all. They could also offer complementary slippers and robes for the prices they have.

Hotel close to all restaurants and shops . Room was spotless clean . Comfy beds . Shower room excellent . Fab hairdryer . Safe. Coffee facilities and mini bar in room . Fab . Can walk straight into everything. Taxis straight outside too. Lovely and Christmas looking . Luved it. Lovely and warm. We had a little Juliet balcony and cld just sit on it when the sun broke thro. Lovely. We had breakfast, which was fantastic. Had everything. And, the scrambled egg is fab. Staff lovely and helpful. Will deffo stay there again

Because it's so near everything. Road can be bit noisy. But it's so well situated. Room not spacious but good enough. Great hotel .. 👌

Good location, just on edge of old city. Friendly, helpful staff. Room size was great with large bathroom having both bath and shower cubicle. Breakfast was brilliant with a wide range of well cooked and cold foods. Rooftop bar meals also great. Only a short walk to the town centre.

Rooftop pool was good, but small and limited numbers of sunbeds. There was a VIP area which was largely unused and it could have been better used just to use this area for sunbeds for all to use.

When we checked in and went up to our room, as soon as we opened the door we were met with an unpleasant smell. We weren't sure where this was coming from so we spoke to reception. After a visit from the housekeeper, we were quickly and easily shown to another room which was so much better. Kudos to the hotel staff for this quick and easy move. Everything else about the room, staff, breakfast was excellent. The rooftop pool area, although small, was absolutely fine for us. The rooftop terrace and bar served very nice food, and drinks. The location was ideal, it being literally just across the river from the old town.

Other than the issue with the original room, as detailed previously, nothing to dislike.
