Everything was perfect in the room. We were really satisfied with what we've gotten. The rest of the apartment was also very well equipped, additionally the communication with the team was clear and good, everything was explained thoroughly. The location was also fine and close to the historic center, We needed around 7-9min walk to reach it. In the neighborhood we could also find supermarkets and everything we needed.

- The fact that there's no private bathroom - There's no possibility to leave our luggages if we arrive early or have to leave the city too late (as it was our case) - The check-in is a bit too late and check-out too early

Within walking distance of the bus station and the old town. We thought the beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. We also liked that each room had an individual box in the fridge and pantry to keep their food. The keypads with codes to enter the apartment were very convenient. And we liked the decorations and style of the apartment!

The listing could be more transparent about letting guests know that the apartment has shared bathrooms. We knew this before arriving, but it could be easily missed because it's difficult to find this information in the listing. This may be important to some guests, so I think it should be made more clear! Also, you can hear the other guests in the apartment because there isn't much soundproofing.

Excellent stay, I would stay again. Room was really nice and big (twin bed) and clean very close to the city center maybe 8 min walk. Quiet street. the apartment has several rooms which are rented out. It looked very clean and had some kitchen utilities and you get 2 capsules for the coffee. It even has a washing machine. I recommend this apartment rental room. Great value for money

Well everything was perfect just note that the apartment is on 2nd floor but feels more like 3 floor as many stairs. If you are older person with mobility problems this might be problem. There is no elevator so if you have lots of luggage might be problem. Otherwise everything perfect.

The room was smaller than in the photo, there was no heating, but there is an air conditioner, unfortunately, it is impossible to leave it to work on heating at night, because it makes loud noises Also, the room did not have slippers, but the floor was also cold because of the tiles and no heating, so I recommend taking slippers with you

The property is clean, tidy and quiet despite its size. Location is not that far from the city’s centre and beach. I had an issue accessing the property but was resolved quickly so communication with its management was good.

We stayed in room Kemi. The room was clean but the bed mattress was not that good as it had a couple of loose areas ( its springs might come off it) so it might need replacing.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the beginning, the contact-less check-in was all clear and safe. The furnished kitchen was lovely! We made our own breakfast every day and really enjoyed it. It was clean and practical. The room and the bathroom were also really clean and smelled good. The location was alright. 10-15 min walk to the center. In general, great!

The only little thing was that the walls were so thin and it was a bit noisy from the outside and the inside; So maybe not the best for the sensitive people who can’t sleep if there’s no silence.

Our room was quite spacious and clean, with easy automated check-in and check out which is convenient for late arrival. There is everything needed in the kitchen, also a washing machine that can be used. There are 2 bathrooms shared among the 4 rooms in the apartment, which is okay - we didn't have issues with them being busy. Our room was facing the backyard which was nice because it was quiet at night.

The beds were too soft for our preferences, but I understand this is something personal.

The location is not fully in the center, but still very good. After a short walk (like 5 minutes or so) one is in the city center. The apartment was nice, very clean and over all very comfortable. The host was super quick to respond when I had a question.

It’s not very soundproof - i could hear quite some noise (like doors opening, the washing machine etc.) from inside the apartment and the street outside. Further the lack of storage space bothered me - I had a big backpack and late evening flight and needed to look for an outside solution. This may be very subjective - I would absolutely recommend Nordik Rooms to people who do not need to storage any luggage.
