Lovely apartment with a private roof terrace. great location, just a short walk to the old city. Clean and well equipped

Someone trying to gain access during our first night was a bit alarming.

A simple, functional apartment in close proximity to the historic center (10-15 minute walk or a few bus stops away). Small supermarkets located just 200 meters away. All appliances worked as expected, a comfortable indoor temperature, a quiet street, possibility to open windows for a fresh air. Good communication and friendly agency staff, with a seamless online check-in process. The refund of the deposit was issued the day we left.

I did not like the mold around the window, especially considering the bed is placed nearby; this issue should be addressed. It would also be nice to have more plates, cups, cutlery as in my opinion it is insufficient for a family of four.

The apartment was super nice and had everything I needed while stayed for 6 days in Malaga. I went there for running the marathon and the apartment had the perfect conditions for my preparation and rest before the marathon. There was no loud noises that made easy for me to have the proper sleep before the race. It is well located with local shops (bakeries, fruit shops) and supermarkets in less than 1km. It is close to the center (around 20min of walking distance). I had a great time in there, if I return to Malaga for another marathon edition, for sure I will choose this option if available. I have also to mention Marcos as the host, he was super friendly.

Good day, Our stay in Spain was very successful. Thank you Our comments: Air conditioning - it is already very dirty inside. It is worth cleaning it. Sofa - after unfolding it collapses. It is worth repairing or buying a new one Cleanliness - It is worth vacuuming thoroughly and everywhere. Unfortunately, there is a lot of dust and hair all over the floor. However, the room was in good condition and adequate for our price. Thank you again for the opportunity to use it. Best regards

the location was good right on the outside of the main town. our air conditioning and hair dryer were broken and then came out and fix them within a few hours. staff really responsive through WhatsApp for any questions. free storage for our luggage was also great on the day of travel. There was a key box outside so check in and out was really easy and we didn’t have to take the key out everyday.

The staff are very informative and helpful, andl communicate with you before and after your stay. My thanks to Adriana for her assistance and responses to my queries. The apartment is situated a a quiet residential street. There are plenty of local amenities within 200 metres. It is a casual 15 minute stroll beside the river to the Old Towm. The apartment is equipped to the standard of a residential home. With an iron and ironing board which is rare in a holiday let, along with a bath tub in the bathroom. The pillows are the most comfortable I have slept on. I will ask where they were brought from as I would like to have these at home. Take the lift to the 3rd floor, and walk up the last flight of stairs to the terrace, which is a sun trap, to enjoy either an early morning coffee, or a drink late in the evening. Hope you enjoy it there as much as I did.

My only small issue is that hot water cones from a small storage tank which is great for showering. Not so good for filking up the bath tub.

The apartment is very nice, clean and has good facilities. It is the best option (value for money) that we found in the city, especially now when the hotels price in Spain is soaring up. Close enough to the center (15 min walk) and in a quiet area. Nearby many shops, supermarkets and grocery stores. The checkin was quite simple with the key in the lockbox in the apartment door. The staffs are friendly and helpful, replying to messages quickly. I appreciate it that we could check in at midnight without any troubles. Easy to reach from the airport.

The location is a bit far from the beach by foot but we took the bus so not a big deal. There is no daily cleaning, except for extra pay.

apartment is in a good location, 10 minutes walking from the old town. It's a spacious flat with all you need to stay for long term, washing machine, iron, large fridge. Flat was very clean, bed comfortable, kitchen with the essentials tools WiFi excellent

Was difficult to open the front door. You need a key code that apparently didn't work. The reason was that the system was in block and you need to reset prior typing the code. No one said that, I spent 20 minutes to figure out you have to reset pressing '*' key. Once in, you need to take the flat key from a locked box. To open it wasn't clear, I spent another 10 minutes before Malaga2Holiday staff helped me by phone. At the end, the induction process was very frustrating

Good location, walking distance to city centre. All basics were there in a flat for a good stay, kitchen appliances, microwave, aircon, hairdryer etc. washing machine is a good plus, not always available in rentals. Good quality for a price, we enjoyed our stay.

Basement flat smelled a bit of too much of moisture (walls) and there was bad smell from pipes, but the pipe problem was all around the city, not the fault of owners.

Great location - walking distance to old city, main tourist attractions (Alcazaba, Gibralfaro), beach, shops, railway stadion. A bit further to central bus station. All necessary equipment available in the apartament. Washing machine was very useful. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. We also liked the shared roof terrace.

The sofa bed does not seem to be solid as a place for sleeping. The external door requires using the keys to go out of building.
