Everything about our stay was exceptional — it might have been our best travel experience in recent times. The location was perfect: close to the city center and historical sites, and only a 15-minute walk to the beach. Cleanliness was top-notch, which was especially important to us. The place was in pristine condition, and during our 10-day stay, they came twice (with prior arrangement) to clean and replace the bed linens and towels. Another big plus for us was the online check-in. Since our flight arrived late at night, it was incredibly convenient to be able to enter the house easily without any hassle. Also, all facilities was provided for a perfect stay.

Location: excellent, walking distance from everything (sights, restaurant, entertainment and beach) but still quiet and calm (you will be able to sleep in even on weekends). Communication: quick, friendly, helpful, solution-oriented, pro-active. Facilities: kitchen was well equiped, washing machine and hairdryer were excelent (there was an iron as well, but did not use it). The apartment is modern and stylish, beds are comfy even for weeks in a row, air-conditioning is properly functioning. The contactless check-in and check-out and the key-code system was really useful. Transport: walking distance from C1 line which makes it easy to reach the port, the airport, Alameda Central and Maria Zambrano as well.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to because I want to help others decide where to stay. I stayed in apartment No. 13 and it was amazing! Bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect. I felt safe even when returning late at night. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Everything was truly excellent, but what impressed me the most was the communication – it was absolutely top-level! I felt like a VIP guest. No matter what time of day I had questions, they responded immediately and organized all the excursions I wanted. They work with a wonderful travel agency that offers great guides and the best prices. In short, thanks to them, I had a perfect holiday!

Modern spacious and clean, had tea, kettle coffee and toiletries. Washer. Located near centre .

The check in process didn't work, asking you to scan identification for all quests. Spent alot of time for it not to work. I telephoned and no answer, I watt sapped all our documents and did not get a response . I had to find reception which is a walk from The apartments. That took more time , but the guy who dealt with me was very good and sorted it out for me. But didn't get in apartment for an hour after check in time .

Excellent apartment, cozy to stay in and both to go out as is very near all the interesting areas of the city centre. have a sofa-bed and big bed so can share with a friend as well. Easy instructions and checkin. Big tv so if fancy staying in can easily watch a movie and chill.

The bathroom door is transparent and thats absolutely discusting for me, i dont know who in a sane mind put that kind of design. No matter if you with your partner or a friend see them both going to the toilet is not a pleasant view and can ruin relationships.

Apartment was perfect, modern and everything in it was to a high standard It was spotlessly clean. 2 min walk to all the bars and shops and 15/20 mins walk to beach & marina. We arrived almost at midnight,really clear communication from them about getting into building and keys. Few drinks left for us in the fridge. Messages throughout our stay and apt cleaned twice with clean towels n sheets. Check out time was at 11am and we could leave our cases with their other Hotel 5 mins away.

I hate to say anything negative but there's a small concrete play area right next door and it was really busy and noisy with boys playing football in the afternoon and early evening. If you like a wee siesta then it was pretty impossible!

Could do with more worktops in kitchen and a better oven. The stairs are very steep and would benefit from having a gate at the top of the stairs. The location is good insofar that it is walking distance from the centre, however the view from the balcony down to the properties at the rear is untidy to say the least!we also experienced a lot of noise/arguing from a particular properly to the rear of the apartment. Read the small print in relation to requesting that the apartment is cleaned.. we missed this and consequently didn’t have sheets or towels changed or apartment cleaned for our week’s stay.

- fast WhatsApp support, they forgot to prepare a second bed as it was requested, but they explained how we can do it ourselves. - the sunrices and sunsets are just stunning from the balcony, just do not look down, otherwise you will see some ruins with lots of trash and homeless people sleeping - no cockroaches were noticed on the second floor, and on the first floor they were mostly running during the night or early mornings. - there is a supermarket in a walking disctance - there are two toilets, so when one was broken we could use another one - they have a very nice and kind plumber who fixed the toilet within 24hours. - the remote control from one TV works also for another TV, if you contact support they bring the second remote also. - there is a kitchen, but it's too small, no oven, and no salt :) We stayed in 5 appartments this December, and that the only one which didn't have salt. ;) - toilets have fancy glass doors, but not much privacy :)

- the second bed wasn't prepared (even thought we opt in it) - toilets have glass doors - from the balcony you can see some ruined area with homeless people sleeping. - cockroaches are running around - no salt in the apartment (we stayed in 4 others appartments this December, we could always find salt there) - toilet was broken and running water was making noice during the night - we were missing a remote control for a TV - The kitchen is very tiny, hard to cook comfortably. there is no oven.

The apartment is in a prime location, 2 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, which is why it is quiet at night. The whole atmosphere of the apartment impressed me, it was perfect for our purposes.

The neighbours in the back were always fighting and shouting. Plus they had a rooster, which was more funny than annoying to me as a person with village roots.

The location was very handy to all the activities I'd booked and in a quieter street which was nice in the evenings.

The toilet was unable to flush from I entered the flat, which was more than a little inconvenient. Neither the full flush or half flush and water just seemed to be constantly running from the bowl. On a welcome card it said breakfast was available each morning but gave no option as to how to request it or order it.
