We are a couple and stayed in a deluxe family suite - there are two fold-down bunk beds which, when not in use, have an armchair and table available. Bit of a crush for 4 people I'd say. There's very little hanging space for clothes if you are staying for more than a few days. Comfortable and large double bed with a lovely shower room. On the edge of the old town but close to the cathedral and Alcazaba. Good value for money.

Noisy on Saturday night (well obviously!) Neighbours rolled in at 04.30 and still had stuff to say (shout?) - guess my age group...

Friendly helpful staff! Victor answered all of my queries immediately. All staff on front desk were friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile every day. We felt safe and reassured by the safe location of the suites. The room matched the image of the picture online. I would of liked AC to of run a little cooler, but room maintained a pleasant cool temperature. Little or no noise from street. Mini fridge in room very useful. Bed linen clean, bathroom clean, floors clean. Areas on landing clean and nice in appearance. Key card to main door offered us extra security. Great location, easy to reach by train, taxi and on foot.

Small amount of noise from room on same level. But it wasn't enough to disturb us, perhaps it would of been helpful if the guest had provided another key to the person knocking. They were a little louder than perhaps they realized, but it did not affect our stay.

It is no surprise everyone is talking about the staff. I am sure they are talking about the same guy ( I hate myself that I forgot his name, think it was Hector?!) he honestly is the only reason we would go back to this hotel ! Easily the kindest person we met on our trip to Spain! Spoke very good English and was so helpful ! The hotel in general was next to everything within walking distance. Many bars/restaurants/shops around and a supermarket in 2’ distance. The room was clean but small and only had the basics. Generally a good option but nothing special. Except for our reception friend! I hope if you are reading this you are holding your baby, γεια σου φίλε ! :)

Room was a bit small and had no proper closet.

The location is the best aspect, I would say. We also appreciated the good AC in the room. It might sound silly, but it was boiling when we were there, so it was key for us to be able to rest properly to take our flight afterwards. The room is not really big, but it has everything you need, including a fridge that is super handy for cold water, for example, a TV, and also some plugs next to the bed to charge phones, etc. I've also found the bathroom quite pretty, with a rain shower.

I guess the only two complaints were that we didn't have a proper window and the little one we had was towards the corridor inside our own building, in our case, it wasn't a big deal as we only go for a night and also use the room to sleep and that's it. We were also surprised when we found a footprint in the wall or the bedsheet a bit ripped, strange, but nothing vital as it was in general clean.

Lovely large attic room. A cute little turfed terrace with a couple of chairs and a table. Great air con. Nice towels. Very clean. Has a lift. VERY central; Location location location! Dina on reception is an absolute sweetheart and willing to assist where possible. Also - opposite our favourite Malaga eatery; El Tapeo de Cervantes.

The double bed was 2 singles that need a topper to keep them together. They are also very soft. Perhaps time for a replacement. That said, we slept well.

We were so close to everything....an easy walk to Picasso's home and also to the museum. Great atmosphere all around the local streets and square. We were met by Dina, who was lovely...absolutely charming and so very helpful. We were confused by the 'airport shuttle' facilities....but she managed to sort us out and found us a simple and cheap way to get to the airport. Dina was our hero! 🤗

Our rooms were in the attic. The lighting from the lift, around the corner to where we were, was only functioning along one stretch.

Dena on reception was so lovely and helpful loads of information on what to do in Malaga and always put me as the customer first. Hotel is a fantastic location and want to go back and stay there again in March.

There was a cooing pigeon outside my window of the room that backs onto a small courtyard and early in the morning that woke me up but it became my alarm clock over the couple of days so no real harm. It would also be great if you could get breakfast in the hotel,but I didn't mind going out

We were right on the street and shutters didn’t close all the way. So sound proofing wasn’t so good. We could hear foot traffic through the night. We did not hear any other guests. So I expect if you don’t have a front room, you are probably not going to have this issue. Also not something hotel can control.

The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in spite of my poor Spanish. The bed had sheets and blankets instead of duvet, and excellent pillows. Fabulous central location but quiet street. There is an elevator in this building. Fabulous city with lots to see and do give yourself an extra day or two here, especially if you're going at a time of the year when you can go to the beach. NOTE: There is good public transit in Malaga but Google is not the best way to find it. There is a bus to the Castillo at the top of Mount Gibralfaro on the east side of city, but unfortunately I had walked all the way up before I discovered there was public transit almost to the top. I was really glad I did not have to walk back down though!

I had an inner room with no view - just a window six feet up into the central "courtyard". Not a problem for me as basically only use my room to sleep and read.

The hotel was very central to the old town. Victor was so kind and helpful. He provided a kettle for us , as requested and helped us acess more accommodation by calling the hotel for us. He was very friendly , considerate, and quite clearly, a lovely man .! We would go back there again. Other staff we met were also very helpful. Leaving our bags there fir a while , after checkout was very helpful. Thank you. Linda and Sharon.
