The room was sizeable, clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space and a shared balcony if needed. The reception guy was friendly and helpful. It was a good location.

Didn't like that reception wasn't manned unless a new arrival was expected. We didn't not see anyone once after our initial arrival. There was no storage facility for baggage ( the reason we opted for hotel over apartment). We had to pay to put baggage in a local lock up place.

The room was very clean and spacious.

Check in was delayed because we had to wait for our keys. Nobody at the reception even though it says reception open from 11 am- 11pm. On second day our AC was not working and we called the guy he went on to check other rooms and didn't come back. Our neighbors AC was working so they lent us their fan. After an hour our AC was working automatically.

I loved the location - its extremely close to everything within the old town, plenty of bars cafes and restaurants in the area, very quiet and great nights sleep. no more than 15 min walk ( straight road to the hotel nice and easy to find.). Staff were friendly and the welcome whatsapp in relation to arrival times was great and informative - i managed to check in early which was great.

Room could have done with a mirror - other than that great.

The hotel is located in the centre of Malaga, and most of the attractions are just a short walk away. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. When my flight was delayed by several hours, they made sure there was someone to meet me when I arrived, even though technically there should have been no one in reception at that time. This was my second trip to the hotel, and I was welcomed like a long lost friend. Adjacent to the hotel is Buenovista, undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Malaga, I also enjoyed my daily breakfast at the nearby Desal Cafe, where you sit out on the pavement and watch the world go by.

It was a shame that there rooftop area and bar was not open. There isn't anything not to like, but please don't expect 5 star luxury here. The beauty of this place is its simplicity and proximity to the attractions of Malaga.

Good location with a short walk into the historical centre. Lots of nice bars close by. Smallish room with ensuite. Basic but with all you need for a short stay. It was ideal for us for one night meeting up with family in the city.

As with any budget hotel near the centre parking is always going to be an issue. The car park the hotel uses is awkward to drive to and is a good 5 minute walk back. Not the hotel's fault, it's just the way it is in Malaga.

The location was perfect. All of the main attractions of Malaga are within easy walking distance. Although reception was not staffed all day, a WhatsApp number was provided so staff could be contacted if necessary. Interactions with staff were very positive. Room cleaned daily. Bed extremely comfortable.

I really found no fault.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center with many restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. The staff was kind and helpful, providing useful information. The room was clean and comfortable.

The walls of my room could use a new layer of paint. And some details in the toilet could also be improved.

The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. There was air conditioning in the room. The room has also a big balcony. The staff was the best ever. The communication with the staff was made using WhatsApp and this made the communication easier. The staff sent us recommendation of restaurants and bars and places to visit.

The bathroom hasn't a window and it heated up very quickly.

Staff is wonderful! Room was small, but nice. Location is perfect, close to city centre. Everyday cleanup. It was nice for a short stay :)

Renovation is needed, some facilities are very old , eg.bathroom... There are black ants in the room so keep your food safe. There is no fridge or shared kitchen. But anyway, you get what you paid for.

Location is perfect. The bed and the pillow was soo comfortable. The room was really big and more than enough space for spending sone time. Easy check in and out. Hateem (sorry if i mistyped the name) was so welcoming and helpful with everything. Special thanks to him :)
