Our bedroom was very nice, bright and very clean, as was the bathroom. Everything worked in the room, e.g. the aircon was efficient and quiet in operation. One surprising thing was that even allowing for the excellent central location, our room was remarkably quiet with little or no disturbances. Breakfast was very nice with the freshly squeezed orange juice and the coffee being the highlights; the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I'd be more than happy to recommend this hotel and I will stay there again when I get the chance to do so.

Some English language channels on the TV would have been nice, but this is a minor grumble

The hotel was situated in the centre of the shopping district, a short walk to parking, the castle, the shops, bars & restaurants. Check in was very easy & the receptionist was friendly, welcoming & helpful. Each guest is given a complimentary coffee voucher that can be redeemed in reception. There is a small pastry selection that can be bought to have with your freebie! The hotel was basic but very well designed with bright colourful (mainly red) artwork. There is a 'solarium' roof area with a few tables & chairs plus sunbeds. My room was a nice size with a hidden wardrobe & a hidden shelving. The bathroom was big, with a shower over the bath. Towels were a bit tatty & mine had a stained edge. There were also long hairs on the tiles near the sink that definately were not mine. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. My air-conditioning was noisy & hadn't been set to cool (I only found this out in the morning when I mentioned it to the receptionist), so although I tried to turn it down to 16°c it was still heating the room. I was hot & didn't get much sleep. There were no opening windows in my room. The Continental Breakfast was served on a stand beautifully presented. No fresh choice of Gluten Free (packet muffin & packet croissant).

Wonderful hotel.. So centrally located near all the sights. So safe with wonderful staff. Lovely square at the end of the street. Great service. Lovely staff. Will definetly return and will recommend it highly to my friends.Very quiet street. Very easy to access. Very good value for money...

The property was in a central location and really well kept. It was not a massive hotel and we liked that. The staff was amazing! So friendly and attentive! Even the housekeeping staff wrote a sweet message on our mirror before we got there. Wonderful!

The only issue we had was the vent fan in our bathroom was VERY dirty and clogged with lint. When the fan would turn on, lint was blown all over the sink and toilet and the bathroom in general.

I spent a week here and I enjoyed it a lot. The staff there are lovely and made a really good effort in making sure I enjoyed my stay there. I felt really safe there especially as a female solo traveller. The hotel is quite close to the city centre so it is in a really convenient location. I didn’t get breakfast every morning

Excellent location just in the center of Malaga! Nice decor. The room equipped with all necessary stuff for short stay in the city. Everything was done with very good state and thinking much about the guests. Gpd breakfast. Actually, I had a rare feeling that if I would appear in Malaga in the future, I will be quite happy to stay in Del Pintor once again.

The rooms are quite small (10m^2). This is the only disadvantage.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, you can reach all the major attractions of the city on foot, you don't need a car when you stay at this hotel. The staff is great, always at your service, but not annoying. The terrace of the hotel is a beautiful place to have a morning coffee prepared on the hotel's ground floor. All in all, my sincere recommendations!

The hotel is centrally located in the old town area, near the beautiful Plaza Merced. You step out into the maze of narrow streets alive with bars, restaurants and clubs. Despite that the internal room was peaceful. The whole hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. The hotel's choices of bright reds and stark blacks against the white walls certainly reflected the name! Room facilities were sufficient for a short stay, but may be a little lacking for a longer one. The lobby area was being "refurbished" at the time we visited, so will be different to later visitors.

Very efficient and pleasant staff throughout. Room was spotless and quiet. Location was excellent being walking distance to all the sights (Picasso museum, Roman amphitheatre etc.). Easy to get to from airport (train or bus A). Breakfast was excellent. A very pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

We loved the location. We could reach all the places we wanted to see within 15 mins walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean. We received complimentary coffee and biscuits on arrival which made us feel very welcome.

A bit of noise from the street. Curtains didn't manage to black out street light.
