For me the best part of this hotel was its location! I could walk to almost anything I wanted to see. The Alcazaba and Castillo de Gibralfaro were minutes walk away and the Museo de Artes Y Costumbres Populares was about a 10 minute walk. Everywhere else was 20 to 30 minutes walk on flat land. The hotel was clean, the bathroom spacious enough, and what I chose fit my budget perfectly!

I really have no complaints or suggestions here. The staff was amazing, pleasant and willing to help every time. Breakfast was very nice, included in the price, lots of fresh pastries and wonderful coffee!

I was upgraded to the apartment so my experience will be mostly about the apartment. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Love the set up, I'll definitely recommend people to stay here due to the comfort and the location. A little further away from the city center but the stay for me is good enough to forget about the distance. They provide everything, 1 free bottle of water and some cookies. If you stay in the hotel, you can refill the water for free which I think most hotels do not have. I initially picked the hotel due to the location but now I totally love the apartment that I got upgraded for.

I don't think there's something to comment about it. I think it will be better to inform the guests that the apartment will be 250m away from the hotel before upgrading them so guests will not feel that it is far away. As for me, I really enjoy it despite the distance.

Our bedroom was very nice, bright and very clean, as was the bathroom. Everything worked in the room, e.g. the aircon was efficient and quiet in operation. One surprising thing was that even allowing for the excellent central location, our room was remarkably quiet with little or no disturbances. Breakfast was very nice with the freshly squeezed orange juice and the coffee being the highlights; the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I'd be more than happy to recommend this hotel and I will stay there again when I get the chance to do so.

Some English language channels on the TV would have been nice, but this is a minor grumble

The location was brilliant. So close to all must see places ( Picasso Museum 5-7min, Alcazar 10 minutes) The staff on the reception were very friendly and helpful. You can have your breakfast either on the reception or ordered to the room. Would i stay there again. Definitely yes.

The breakfast is served in the reception. Is a continental breakfast (very nice) but must be ordered though the staff there. If you want to eat or drink a little bit more, you need to go back to the staff and ask for.

The hotel was situated in the centre of the shopping district, a short walk to parking, the castle, the shops, bars & restaurants. Check in was very easy & the receptionist was friendly, welcoming & helpful. Each guest is given a complimentary coffee voucher that can be redeemed in reception. There is a small pastry selection that can be bought to have with your freebie! The hotel was basic but very well designed with bright colourful (mainly red) artwork. There is a 'solarium' roof area with a few tables & chairs plus sunbeds. My room was a nice size with a hidden wardrobe & a hidden shelving. The bathroom was big, with a shower over the bath. Towels were a bit tatty & mine had a stained edge. There were also long hairs on the tiles near the sink that definately were not mine. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. My air-conditioning was noisy & hadn't been set to cool (I only found this out in the morning when I mentioned it to the receptionist), so although I tried to turn it down to 16°c it was still heating the room. I was hot & didn't get much sleep. There were no opening windows in my room. The Continental Breakfast was served on a stand beautifully presented. No fresh choice of Gluten Free (packet muffin & packet croissant).

the staff was really welcoming. You can choose to have the breakfast in the rooftop and it was wonderful. There were few nice surprises: 1. welcome free coffee/tea; 1. box of yummy cookies; free water in room and to refill for bottles

the parking of the hotel was full, they have other connections. if known in advance I would have gone directly to that one rather than parking in a more expensive one. Once parked lazy to change again also as the other parking bit further

The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly particularly Diwi. The hotel was perfectly located for the things I wanted to do and see during my stay and the room on my second visit was delightful being near the indoor courtyard fountain. They say their coffee is good - I would say excellent. I would say it's a great place to stay when visiting Malaga

I was disappointed I couldn't find any English news on the television but was told by a friend this is usual for Spain.

The location is very central and easy walking distance to all tourist attraction and food places. Although the centre is very busy but the hotel was in a very calm and relaxing environment. So after a busy day out , we got an amazing nights sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will book to stay there again when we next go.

Good positiom

My bedroom n 13 near a staff door! Tonigh 1.14 move bottle bottle and bottle . 1.30, clients bla bla in the middle pf the bedroom, 2 o clock people speak, and the door pf the first floor are terrible?? This morning im stand up at 6 o ckock for go to work, in my bathroom i have a little animal around the shower. 203€ for one small bed and small small bedroom!! Nothing else.

Wonderful hotel.. So centrally located near all the sights. So safe with wonderful staff. Lovely square at the end of the street. Great service. Lovely staff. Will definetly return and will recommend it highly to my friends.Very quiet street. Very easy to access. Very good value for money...

It was wonderful for a small hotel Very well run. Could not get an English channel on TV. Overall it's a real gem Will be back.
