Location was fantastic. Within easy walking distance to everything in the historical district. Apartment was very clean, bed very comfortable. The apartment block is in a narrow side street and quiet. No noise apart from morning hustle and bustle of bars preparing for opening if you happen to have an apartment that that is at the front of the building. Our apartment was on the third floor so I would imagine those on lower floors would be subject to more outside noise. Facilities were good with a kitchenette area suitable for light preparation of food. The staff at were easily contactable.

Only one issue experienced. We had a problem on first night with toilet not flushing. However there is a 24 hour contact line and our problem was resolved the next day whilst we were out. We were kept fully informed of the progress. Staff managing the apartments were excellent and extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 for FeelatHome staff!!!!!

Lovely spacious apartment great location very clean. Host easy contactable.

No drawers or shelves. 3 big wardrobes weren’t necessary better to have drawers in one. No towel rails and no change of towels. Air conditioning is only in living room which wasn’t really needed as we could open balcony doors. Ceiling fan only in bedroom was ok but not sufficient if the weather was any hotter. Balcony not very clean and bolt on door was stuck so tricky to open and close

The location was great, was really close to the old town of the city. Walking distance to the most of the places. The apartment was very clean, AC was working well. The staff was very helpful and informative, replied to our questions rapidly via WhatsApp. It really met our expectations and I would strongly recommend it. (For the ones who are planning to come by car: The closest parking spot is 200 m away from the hotel, right next to the Plaza de la Merced.)

Fabulous apartment exactly how is described. Location is brilliant, near to cathedral and main shopping area. Spotlessly clean, some toiletries supplied, hairdryer, coffee machine with coffee that was fab as I was only there for a couple of days and didn't want to buy any. The kitchen had everything if you needed it. Check-in was easy, key code for whole visit which is better than keys Big courtyard all to yourselves

Nothing. WiFi didn't work at first, but I messaged, and they sorted as quick as possible

Very clean and spacious. Also right in centre of old city and beside most of the attractions. Access easy and slight hiccup at check in sorted easily & quickly by WhatsApp. Great to be so close to things and be able to chill out in comfort of a sitting room rather than be confined to a small bedroom which would have been the case if staying in a hotel. Also used left luggage facility at sister hotel on day of departure which worked really well.

The location is just perfect, close to everything (city center, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee places for breakfast, ...) and not "too" noisy for such a central position. The apartment was clean, with all the needed accommodations. I also appreciated the service from my contact who helped for any question I had.

We were 4 people (1 couple and 2 teenagers) and we had a great 3 days' stay in the apartment. There are however few things that could be improved. There are not enough space in the bathroom to put personal stuff and towels for 4 people. More shelves would be appreciated; You could equip the apartment with mosquito repellent socket as we had to bought some after the first night.

The provision of essential items like freshly ground coffee and filters for the machine, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, hand soap and shampoo. The location was fabulous. I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to walk everywhere.

The beds were slightly firm but I think that's normal for Europe. The front door banging could be heard from the third floor. Some noise from neighbours but not ongoing.

The apartment was located right central in the key tourist area of the historic quarter, and easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.

The check in time is a strict 2pm, whilst you can request an earlier time it seems its not possible as the key codes are set to a time limit so it will only let you access the building after 2pm on the day of check in and will not work after 12pm on check out day.

The apartment was located in a great area. Perfect for our plans for the stay. Ideal for the two of us and very comfortable. Had all we needed for a perfect break. The outdoor space was a real bonus. Amazing. Was greated by balloons sweeties and wine on arrival as we were celebrating my 70th birthday Such a lovely unexpected surprise. Throughout our experience the team were friendly helpful and pleasant... Great experience.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Company had issue with wifi but they tried to sort it but it seemed to be an external internet issue out of their control. More than compensated us for the inconvenience.
