It is central location, everything is near. It has elevator- which was comfortable as we stayed with little kid. It has mini kitchen. Apparment had air conditioning what was helpful in summer time. Apparment is not big but had what we needed.

The sofa bed is not comfortable. Staff communication is terrible: 1st we asked about the laudry room- they told there is a washer dryer in the appartment. As we did not found it in the appartment and asked again it appears that it was on 1st floor. 2nd- last day we asked for late check-out- they told its ok, sent the link to the payment- we payed and then they canceled and told that they cannot make extended stay. Please - double check before answering as it is very confusing.

The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Malaga old town, you can feel the rhythm of the city. Apartment was clean and cozy, beds were quite comfy. And water pressure was something unbelievable, just awesome!

As crazy as it sounds but toilet paper was over too cheap, as well I wished it was a bottle of water in a fridge waiting to greed and the last but the most important- I wished it was less digitalization in apartment. I wanted to ask for cleaning services and it was no one to ask.. Kinda i started to be jealous for our friends who stayed in hotel across the street for simply having a personal to meet and greed them …

The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the city's activities. We visited during the Easter holiday, and it was one of the most vibrant places around. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. No complaints about the living conditions; in one word—perfect. The bed was comfortable, and we were a family of four, including two kids. There was a sofa bed as well, which was also good. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we needed, including a hot water kettle, microwave, fridge, and a cleaning kit. It was also quiet, which we really appreciated

We family of 4 arrived a bit early, while the check-in time was at 3 PM. Because the kids were tired, we had to pay an additional fee for early check-in. It would be greatly appreciated if luggage storage could be offered as a complimentary service. For many travelers, it's not convenient to find another place to store luggage for a short period, and it often involves an additional cost.

Superb location if you're happy to stay in the tourist centre of Malaga - great selection of tapas bars and restaurants nearby. We were top floor so not too affected by the noise - the noisiest thing was the street cleaning team at stupid o'clock...

There was nothing we didn't like. The entry codes and so on were all a bit impersonal, but I guess that's the efficient way to service these apartments. If I was being picky I'd say they were a bit corporate hotel style for our taste, but really excellent value for the money.

Excellent location with all the restaurants and shops nearby, all the attractions are at a walkable distance from the hotel. Beach is approx 15min walk. Convenient cafe downstairs in the same building with delicious bakery and coffee. Comfy beds. The staff is responsive and helpful communicating via the whatsapp chat.

The street is noisy, particularly if you are staying on the lower floors. The earplugs were kindly provided, though!

the location of this is perfect just round from the Picasso museum and the Roman amphitheatre. Completely digital key entry, although once checked in you can manually key in entry code. Apartment clean with a spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. extra towels in cupboard and during our 8 day stay the bedding and towels were renewed once. Great shower though shower door a little stiff to close. Living area was a bit narrow and lacked a spacious feel but adequate.

no washing machine in flat or apartment block. a little air drying rack would be helpful for small items being hand washed for a longer stay

Accommodation was right in the city center, close to restaurants and all attractions. Breakfast at the café also had its charm and fit into the overall atmosphere. We will definitely come back here again.

It's very difficult to find anything to fault... perhaps a slightly sagging sofa and loose screws on the chairs... otherwise, the accommodation was perfect.

Loved how new and updated it was but retaining the original entry and staircase and some interior features like brick walls. Loves the location as well.

There was nothing I disliked. Would have liked more pillows. I sleep with two and we didn’t have any extra.

All dealings with the management happens digitally at this place. No personal contact. Management was eager to info about/push for adding extras - but when the elevator was out of order all morning the day I left (from 4th floor) there was no info on that.

Great location. Easy check-in and comfortable system to just have the door code instead of a key. As the windows are directed away from the main street - no noise during night time (except the neighbors). Anyway - spacious studio, comfortable bed.

The windows are located to inner yard (or a shaft?) so not so much of sun gets inside (was not a problem for us). The shower head should be changed, the microwave was not working, no soap for hand washing in the bathroom.
