Great location overlooking the Roman Amphitheater and a lively pedestrian street. Terrific, spacious suite with comfortable bed, sofa bed, 3 balconies and a kitchen where you could prepare meals. Despite the central location it was pretty quiet at night. We really loved and recommend the property. While there is no onsite presence to welcome you or provide recommendations, when we were unclear about operating the AC I got immediate help at 6 am.

We were in #5 on the 3rd floor - 3 balconies to enjoy the great views and people watch. Could even sit on the couch with the doors open and still enjoy the views. Location is great with the even busier streets a short walk away.

Some late night noise from above and below - but the room is very well sound proofed and you can’t be in the middle of everything and not expect some noise at times.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location in the historic centre and a short walk from the port area. Lovely view over the Roman theatre from the balcony which was perfect for a late afternoon coffee watching the world go by. Alejandra was very helpful and gave very precise instructions on how to find the apartment and where to collect the keys, she even phoned me the day before we travelled to confirm all our travel information was correct. There wasn’t a hairdryer when we arrived and the shared iron was broken but after a quick phone call to Alejandra this was resolved very quickly and a brand new hairdryer and iron was delivered to our room the next day.

It was a little noisy at night as the apartment is above some tapas bars and there is street cleaning in the early hours but it didn’t bother us too much even with the French doors open. The hot water didn’t seem to last long enough for 2 consecutive showers in the evening but seemed ok if we gave it 20 minutes or so to warm up again in between.

The location is very central and the view overlooking the Roman Theater ruins can’t be beat. The apartment layout is functional and the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff were responsive with queries and were helpful with early check in when the apartment was not ready. The washing machine is a big plus for longer stays.

Nothing but perhaps it would be a good addition to provide kitchen towels and information that there is an available washing machine and perhaps laundry detergent to start. Complimentary bottled water would add a nice welcoming touch especially on a scorching summer day.

Communication with the property manager was poor and we weren't warned that the taxi would not be able to leave us in front of the property. We would have appreciated an explanation of were to tell the taxi to drop us off and how far we needed to walk to the Property. Once we followed the clear instructions how to enter the property, it was worth it. Maybe as a suggestion, if you are travelling in 2, maybe request another set of keys and swipes. We could not individually do our own thing as we only had a set of keys to enter property and room.

Fantastic location and great property. Instructions for getting keys and finding the flat were easy to follow. Very spacious room with lovely facilities and clean bathroom. Balcony looking over the Roman theatre with views of the Alcazaba and above the restaurants below providing a great authentic atmosphere.

The noise from the guests going in and out of the neighbouring rooms at multiple times during the night/early morning, playing music, talking loudly, slamming doors, did wake us up however this no reflection on the host. We just got unlucky with noisy neighbours.

Great location right next to the teatro romano - the balcony had an incredible view. The port and historic areas all within easy walking distance. Beds comfy and a good sized apartment with all the basic amenities you would need. Nice modern interior design.

The apartment is above a busy restaurant area so there was a little bit of noise, but fine if you are planning on staying out on an evening to enjoy the tapas and bars

The location was perfect - you are right in the middle of the city but only a lovely 15 minute walk to the harbour (with loads of bars and restaurants) and the beach! They are beautiful rooms which are really spacious and modern with a wonderful view and a small balcony.

The ONLY thing that wasn’t good was the amount of noise coming from the restaurant and plaza downstairs late and night/ early hours of the mornings on the weekends. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be a downside but for 4 nights, it didn’t ruin our stay at all!

I don’t know how we got so lucky to find this fabulous place. First, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was such a spectacular surprise as this was my first time in Malaga and to have a view of the Roman ruins from our room was like waking up in a dream. Our room was on the corner and had 3 French doors with balconies you could sit on overlooking the Teatro Romano Plaza. The studio apartment was new, modern, clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and beautiful with a very large walk in shower. A rainfall shower head plus a hand held shower. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the refrigerator was larger than the typical under the counter refrigerator and also had a freezer. Our room had a king size bed and a sofa bed. The King size bed was comfortable with nice clean bedding. The air conditioning works fabulous and it is totally silent. Everything said, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Malaga. Beautiful apartment and the best location.

Nighty noise from cafe. People noise was expected but the loud noise from staff dragging chairs & tables when packing up after 10.30pm was annoying
