The property was clean and comfortable. Air con was flawless. Bed was large and comfy. Gorgeous balcony to view the Teatro Romano and the hustle and bustle of the square beneath. Easy to locate and access. Host was very responsive when asked questions and offered plenty of recommendations. The location is exceptional and in my opinion the perfect location. View stunning and perfectly positioned to explore both the old town and the port.

We would have liked if the towels were automatically changed during the week. We asked and the host obliged - offering both a complimentary apartment clean as well as fresh towels. I think for a week stay a towel change should be automatically included.

Excellent Central location. Within minutes of the old town and it's abundance of restaurants. Shops and museums . Beautiful view from apartment ,of both the alcazabar and the streets below. Reasonably spacious apartments with , Huge comfortable bed , good storage and decent bathroom Offering single washbasin and shower. This was our 2nd time staying within the apartment block, but a different apartment on a higher floor . Which gave us a much better outlook . Ability to store luggage prior to check-in, at adjacent hotel .

Poor communication from the host . Check in instructions code etc , only received on the day of Check in . After expressing our concerns, as we were travelling from Granada to Malaga. And yet still had not received check in code which caused a stressed situation. Having previously stayed 5 nights in Granada. In which our Cathedral apartment had offered all the necessities and more for the duration of our stay. This apartment was lacking in comparison . However, as our visit was short. The great location and comfortable bed made up for it .

Beautiful apartments, well designed and comfortable. Good WiFi and location is wonderful. Good communication from owner/manager. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. 2 elevators (there are a few steps to get to them).

Small things could be improved: the apartments were not ready at the time specified (and it was a hot day); I was not sent access information till time to enter which could be a problem if you don’t travel with phone access (plus it was still at least an hour till it was ready); there is an efficient sensor on the windows that cuts the air conditioning off when open - but in one apartment we could not get it closed properly to re-engage (note communication was great and eventually someone had to come close the balcony door correctly). All worked out, but just a few hiccups.

Great location overlooking the Roman Amphitheater and a lively pedestrian street. Terrific, spacious suite with comfortable bed, sofa bed, 3 balconies and a kitchen where you could prepare meals. Despite the central location it was pretty quiet at night. We really loved and recommend the property. While there is no onsite presence to welcome you or provide recommendations, when we were unclear about operating the AC I got immediate help at 6 am.

This place is pure magic. A charming open-space apartment overlooking the Roman ruins and the Alcazaba, framed by palm trees and a majestic ficus—it feels like stepping into a colonial dream. From the lovely terrace, you can watch the sunset while sipping a glass of wine and imagining the future. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for a cozy breakfast before heading out. But what truly elevates the experience is the kindness of Alejandra, the host helpful, and attentive. It’s not just the most scenic urban spot in Málaga, it’s a stay to remember. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location in the historic centre and a short walk from the port area. Lovely view over the Roman theatre from the balcony which was perfect for a late afternoon coffee watching the world go by. Alejandra was very helpful and gave very precise instructions on how to find the apartment and where to collect the keys, she even phoned me the day before we travelled to confirm all our travel information was correct. There wasn’t a hairdryer when we arrived and the shared iron was broken but after a quick phone call to Alejandra this was resolved very quickly and a brand new hairdryer and iron was delivered to our room the next day.

It was a little noisy at night as the apartment is above some tapas bars and there is street cleaning in the early hours but it didn’t bother us too much even with the French doors open. The hot water didn’t seem to last long enough for 2 consecutive showers in the evening but seemed ok if we gave it 20 minutes or so to warm up again in between.

We were in #5 on the 3rd floor - 3 balconies to enjoy the great views and people watch. Could even sit on the couch with the doors open and still enjoy the views. Location is great with the even busier streets a short walk away.

Some late night noise from above and below - but the room is very well sound proofed and you can’t be in the middle of everything and not expect some noise at times.

Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment is located right in the heart of Málaga, with a stunning view of the Roman Theatre. Everything was spotless and beautifully furnished. The location couldn’t be better – walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. There’s also convenient parking nearby. A truly fabulous apartment – highly recommended!

It would be a nice touch to have some coffee capsules available, so guests can enjoy the beautiful view with a morning coffee.

The location is central and you can reach everything within minutes by walk. Also the view of the Roman theater is amazing.

The benefit of the central located apartment is at the same time a downside, because during the night you hear everything what is ongoing like restaurant staff, which is cleaning and preparing for the next day or Party people, which are crossing the way.

The location is very central and the view overlooking the Roman Theater ruins can’t be beat. The apartment layout is functional and the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff were responsive with queries and were helpful with early check in when the apartment was not ready. The washing machine is a big plus for longer stays.

Nothing but perhaps it would be a good addition to provide kitchen towels and information that there is an available washing machine and perhaps laundry detergent to start. Complimentary bottled water would add a nice welcoming touch especially on a scorching summer day.
