I stayed in an apartment that was beautifully decorated and very spacious. There was lots of storage space which was great for 2 friends sharing the apartment as we used the sofa bed in the lounge. The towels and shower products were replenished daily and the room was always clean and tidy when we returned. The fridge in the kitchen area was very useful. It would have been even better if a tea towel for drying the washed dishes had been provided. Written information about the hotel and the facilities was not provided in the room or at check-in which was a shame. This would have really helped to make our stay even better. For example, we didn’t know that the hotel provided beach towels for a small deposit. We also didn’t know that hot breakfast items could be ordered, such as scrambled eggs and bacon. Therefore we stayed at the hotel for 2 days before we realised that this was possible because nobody had told us. The hotel lounge with coffee and tea facilities and sweet trolley is very relaxing. The hotel location is perfect. It is very close to a large supermarket, pharmacies, shops, tapas bars and lovely restaurants. The beach is a short 10 minute walk. All of the sights and facilities in Malaga are within walking distance. Although the hotel is very near to the central shopping areas then road is generally quiet, even at weekends which was great. We would definitely stay here again, and next time we would know to ask for beach towels and other breakfast choices!

We booked as a family of four. We stayed at the apartment for 6 days, just adjacent to the hotel. Family-friendly, staff are welcoming and very helpful. A complimentary refreshment is a nice touch upon arrival at the hotel Location is 5 stars all the way as it’s close to everything. We got fresh towels everyday, mucho gracias to the cleaning staff. Our room is always clean and tidy when we come back from exploring Malaga. Air-conditioned room and there’s a 24-hour reception. Lift✅.Friendly staff. Attention to detail. Clean rooms. Shower really nice. And luggage storage also available. Thank you so much. Will be staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Malaga and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful, classic style. It’s perfectly located – right in the city center and just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. What made my stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I’d like to give a special thanks to Lily, Erika, Nikole, Kare, and Omar – they were always friendly and welcoming. Also, a special mention to the boss, a kind and gracious woman, who made the atmosphere feel even more warm and inviting. Thank you all for the amazing hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

I loved every one of their front desk staff. The hotel’s location was perfect. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the young lady（who speaks 6 different languages）at the front desk. I really appreciate her recommending a restaurant to us—it was absolutely delicious. The only minor downside was the poor internet connection, probably because the location of our room. But this small flaw was nowhere near enough to affect how much I liked the place. They even offered to change my room, but since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t take their help. I would still give them a full five stars.

Location was excellent, very close to the cathedral, the Alcazaba and not far to the port and the beach, all within walking distance. Close to lots of good tapas restaurants , Our room was very clean , a good size , the bathroom was great it had a bath and the water was always hot, a must if you are walking all day! Breakfast had lots of choice and the dining area was good, also had a lovely sitting area where there was free tea, sweets and biscuits. But the thing that made it an excellent place to stay was the staff, so helpful, and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and good English spoken. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Lovely breakfast - good choices eg lots of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, meat, cheese, croissants, toast, juice, room very nice, courteous helpful staff. Excellent location in the centre near the old town. Attractive reception area offering complimentary sweets and tea.

A little parcimonious with the toiletries and the coffee pods in the bedroom. Also forgot twice to replace the shower gel. This is a minor criticism.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The staff has been exceptional, always happy to help and go beyond and above; truly felt like home away from home so a great option for those travelling alone. Rooms were extremely clean, beds comfortable, a lovely lounge area with snacks downstairs available and a super handy beach towel lend service offered! Great location as it is in the city centre, although it can be quite loud in the evening as the night gets busier, with night clubs nearby; although that doesn’t affect the stay too much.

The room selection type could be better outlined on booking; my window/ doors faced the hall and thus it was quite dark without natural light; had I known that would be the case, I would’ve booked a room specifically with a window :)

After a warm welcome we helped ourselves to free tea, coffee and sweets before going up to our room. The quality of bedding, towels and toiletries was exceptional and the cleanliness top rate. Breakfast was excellent; they even cooked for us (it is advertised as continental breakfast)

Storage in the room was minimal. The only lift was commandeered by the maids in the morning so that there were long waits and often had to share the lift with heaps of towels etc. There is no parking at the hotel and it is expensive in the public parking lots.

The property was stylishly decorated throughout, the reception, dining area and bedrooms were finished to a high standard. The bedrooms were very comfortable with all the facilities you require for your stay. All the staff were very welcoming/accommodating and only to happy to help. Breakfast was excellent and I would highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel. I have stayed in Malaga on numerous occasions and the location of this hotel is well appointed to explore Malagas Shops, restaurants and bars

The decor was lovely. The breakfast amazing and went on until 10.30 during the week and 11 or 11.30 am at the weekend. The location was just on the outer edge of the busy area. They kindly sorted us out with a room change the first day as we felt the first one offered was not like a superior room. The next one they gave us was super and had a lovely view over the rooftops at the back. We had the sun shining into the room all afternoon, not that we were there much. It was nice after a busy day walking around Malaga.

The first room we were given was supposed to be a superior room, but it was small and too noisy for us, even with the windows closed. There may have been something special on in the nearby square that night ? The washbasin was in the bedroom as the bathroom was too small to accommodate it. I also wonder if they could give customers the option of not having their towels changed every day for the hotel to be more eco-friendly. We asked the cleaners ourselves and they accommodated that decision.
