Unfortunately room was without windows for outside the building (only patio ). Lane directly at enter was very stinky urine.

fantastic location, in the very center, close to all the places worth visiting in Malaga. Apartment in a safe and quiet place without access by car, so quiet and peaceful. At first glance it may seem that the streets leading to the apartment are not very safe, but quite the opposite. fantastic check in and check out instructions. The key to the apartment can be collected from a safe in the middle of the building, additional entrance code to the entire building. elevator if someone needs it. on the wall of the living room under the stairs a mini kitchen, equipped with basic appliances. minimal amount of coffee and tea capsules, so probably not enough for more than the first day of stay. apartment quite small, enough to come back after a day of sightseeing to take a shower and sleep. . Apartment sufficient for two people, I think too small for 3/4. there is no place to sit, like a sofa. table max for two, there are 4 chairs. bathroom ok. in the apartment clean and cozy, also on the staircase. in the fridge there were two beers and a bottle of water waiting for us, which was very nice.

I rate the apartment positively. I think a sofa bed downstairs would be a better solution, but that's just my opinion. I recommend this apartment.

I will start by saying the apartment itself was great . Very modern, very clean . Kitchen facilities were all there if you wanted to cook . The beds were very comfortable and the thick curtains meant the room was nice and dark for sleeping . Shower was great and the water was always hot. A big plus was the air conditioning . I’ve never known air con to be so quiet . You hardly knew it was on . We had a couple of issues getting into the apartment and setting the air con but the response to our calls or texts was immediate and everything was sorted . The only negative has to be the position of the apartment .Whilst it is within easy access on foot to the centre it is in a very run down street . It was hard to find at first and being two elderly females we felt very vulnerable coming back in the dark . Surprisingly it was very quiet during the night which was a plus . Lots of graffiti . It looks like other apartments are undergoing renovations so I’m sure in time it will improve .

The street where the apartment is located was narrow (the car can not enter) and seemed aside and dirty, but once we opened the main entrance of the accommodation building, it was like entering a different world. Everything was very clean and beautiful and in the end very calm, that we appreciated. It was literally one minute from the city center life, so "behind the corner" there were already the cafes, tapas bars, shops and churches, se everything you need :) We loved the location, because we could walk around the city with no need of a car. If tired, we could take a rest during the day and continue later, because it didn't mean any transportation somewhere far out of the city. The communication with the owner/or an administrator was perfect and very flexible. The apartment was very clean and well prepared. We can recommend.

In the apartment there is not much space where to store the luggage and your clothes/shoes, but that is due to the apartment size and not really easily solvable. We were in the apartment in 2 people, so we could place our luggage upstairs next to the second bed, but if 4 people would be accommodated, the space would be tight.

The location is in the very center of the city. Very comfortable bed , good communication by What's app with the staff. We forgot a pair of glasses, and we easily got them back, the staff was helpful. Attention was shown to the guests, a bottle of chilled water and something . We appreciated the attention shown to the guests , the bottle of chilled water and the small beers .

The rules of the property are strange . It is not clear how the coffee machine works , no explanation how it works. Probably because it is in the center of the town it is a bit noisy and and I also hear heels at midnight .

Our arrival in Malaga went smoothly, and the apartment was impeccable. Our local contact was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even providing a locker for our luggage before our accommodation was ready. This was done without us even having to ask. Our accommodation is perfectly situated in the heart of Malaga, offering an ideal base for exploring all the city has to offer. From this central location, you can easily access a wide range of attractions, including historic sites, vibrant markets, and beautiful beaches. Whether you're interested in visiting the famous Alcazaba fortress, strolling along the picturesque Malagueta Beach, or exploring the Picasso Museum, everything is just a short walk or quick ride away.

Packed a lot into a small space without feeling cramped. Great location. Secure. Quiet. Loved the blackout curtains! Got a great sleep. Comfy beds. Everything you needed, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, microwave, hob, utensils. First aid kit in bathroom. Table to eat at. Bright atrium. Personally, can’t really fault it.

No outdoor space but I’m not sure that is possible anyway due to the style of the building. May be nice to just put a little seating at the bottom of the atrium as that is quite a nice space????

The location is incredible. Spacious. Clean. Everything we wished for. The heart of Malaga is among the most walkable I have ever experienced, and this place is right in it. We went days without using cars or public transport of any kind, which wouldn't have been possible if we didn't get to stay in a place as centrally located as this.

We arrived late at night, and walking through several what appeared to us like backstreets was confusing and disorienting. Thank god for GPS. In the end we found it without any real issues, but we should have been better prepared

I stayed here only one night and it was very quite during night, apartment is in the quite street. Bed is also very comfortable. María is great host, she let me know that the apartment is ready before actual check in and I could leave my luggage in the storage until late in the afternoon when I was leaving to the airport.

Cleaningless of the apartment should be better. It has higher rating for cleaningless on the booking then more properties in Malaga so I did not expect to find hair and footsteps on the floor (it looks like it was not vaccumed or mopped). Inner part of the kitchen cabinets and some dishes had stains. Also, dish spunge was pretty used and it should be new one for every guest.

The location is great, just in the heart of old town. The building itself is neat & modern, so very comfortable & fresh, but surrounded by old architecture so you get the feeling. The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you may need, including AC for cooling in the summer and for heating in winter, which is not so common. The bathroom is comfortable & clean. All apartment is clean and neat, and they provide cleaning service during the stay. Also, the contact with the manager is perfect. I highly recommend the pace!

There are no real "minuses". The floor was rather cold, since it's stone floor, and it was cold in the nights, and the bathroom could have some heating system as I love warm bathrooms.
