The apartment was on the 4th floor and can be accessed via lift. It was bright and sunny and had everything we needed. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance from the apartment. The people in the reception were friendly and also allowed leaving luggage, if you arrive/leave during check-in/out.

I noticed some black molds(assumption) in the shower area on our last day and it freaked me out a bit. Hopefully, they'll clean it up. The apartment isn't sound proof, so you can hear some noises during the early morning and night. But besides that it was a good stay.

Central location. Helpful staff. Well equipped. Good value for money

Due to the construction of the building (and no carpets) it was quite noisy when the couple above us arrived back at 4am and started moving the furniture and talking. This happened on all three nights of our stay.

Our apartment was a bit noisy. For future visits we would request an alternative apartment in the building away from front street

Brilliant location fantastic apartment check in very speedy. We were able to check in earlier than planned. Would definitely stay here again.

Second night all or the electricity went off we had no power at all so we were unable to leave the apartment as no way of getting back in were unable to cook boil a kettle and only the light we had was from our phone. These things can be unavoidable but it was the lack of communication was the problem. We didn't get the power on until late morning next day. We went to reception to let them know our situation, they were very apologetic and agreed to refund us 50% of a nights stay and paid for our taxi to the airport on leaving. Apart from this problem we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend these apartments.

A very comfortable apartment in a great location. The staff were amazing and moved us to a different apartment when rowdy guests kept us awake at night.

Our first apartment had windows opening into a courtyard with a blank wall opposite so no view at all. Sounds also reverberated around the enclosure. Perhaps think about requesting an outward facing room when booking.

The location and the apartment are great. It' very close to the historical city centre. The apartment is really big and comfortable. However it can really be loud from the street at night.

It was really loud at night. There is a club downstairs and people were standing in front of it until 6 am and they were very loud.

This was a serviced apartment with a large living room/kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment was bright and airy with 3 large double doors/windows opening up on to small balconies. We loved these as they allowed us to step outside and look down on whatever was happening in the street. The apartment was well equipped though we did not cook anything other than our morning coffee. The location was terrific- a short walk from the old town with it's many attractions. We were there for 8 nights and the room was serviced after day 4 and clean sheets and towels were provided. A very good apartment.

The only minor quibble would be the sound proofing between apartments. Occasionally it was possible to hear people talking in the next apartment even though they were not talking loudly. Luckily for us we had no noisy neighbours.

Large, spacious apartment with all the facilities you might need. Close enough to Malaga Centro that everything is within walking distance but far enough away to get a quiet night’s sleep. Carretería is also a well known area with coffee shops, a few breakfast places and even a pharmacy just opposite the apartment block.

They got in touch with us after booking and made us aware well in advance that there is currently construction on the road outside. Can be quite loud during the day and requires you to find certain crossing points to get across the street as most of the road has barriers. Thankfully, construction stops at around 5-6pm so noise is not an issue in the evening but the barriers are always in place.

My first trip to Malaga. Everything was first rate. I would recommend anyone to stay here

Nothing. Perhaps some tourist information in the apartment. Also as I arrived late and needed a few supplies it would have been good to have a little map of local supermarkets and their opening times. I was ok - I used google

The location was perfect. In the centre of old town and only a few minutes walk to the beach and marina. There is no door between the kitchen and bedroom, which meant there wasn't much privacy for us or our daughter sleeping on the couch bed. I would book again if it was just two people sharing and the road works were finished. The apartment was spotless, and the ladies in reception couldn't have been more helpful.

Road works literally outside our apartment. Woke early each morning from noise from both machinery and work men. We couldn't open our windows because of noise and dust. The workmen had to lay boards at our feet each time we came and went from the apartment. We were just unlucky with the timing of our trip to Malaga, but had I'd know sooner, we would have changed our accommodation.
