The hotel is located near the city centre, which means that you can reach all the sights on foot. The room was clean and the staff kind and helpful.

The street is extremely busy, crowded with cars and buses, noisy and we could not sleep the whole night. Fortunately, we managed to change the room and it was much quieter on the other side of the hotel.

Location was a short walk into the centre,nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the centre Fairly new hotel, the decor was simple but stylish Staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms were fresh and bright and very clean Complimentary tea,coffee facilities in reception throughout the day,nice touch Will definitely stay here again

No parking ,and very difficult to find off street parking especially in July( like any city ) ,so we parked in Calle mármoles parking just a short distance from the hotel and paid 18 euros for 24 hours,not a bad price for city parking No roof terrace or outside seating, would be nice to sit out in those summer early evenings

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. Great location of the hotel. The hotel is following a Save the Water initiative, and if the guest opt for no room cleaning during their stay, than the breakfast is for free for 1 guest. The regular breakfast price is EUR 13.

Regardless of hotel category, I believe it's a basic standard to have a toilet brush and toothbrush cup holder. No water bottles/coffee available in the room. Cold/hot beverage machine available for free in the lobby on - 1 floor. Washbasin outside of toilet, placed in the room - found it very weird. I liked that hotel is following the Save the Water initiative, however it would be better they use reusable cups instead of paper cups which are heavily tossed during the day. Details matter!

We liked the close proximity to the old town and beach/promenade. The staff is friendly and helpful with good English. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area has nice furniture, giving Scandinavian vibes.

The way the rooms are decorated (or not decorated) is very clinical. Reminds me of a private hospital room. Personally, I'm also not a fan of the sink in the room instead of bathroom. Our room was also facing busy road with cars, motorbikes, ambulances/police with sirens on passing by all day and all night. It was impossible to have an uninterrupted sleep.

It seems this hotel is set up serving transient travelers as opposed to multiple day stays. Since we were there only one night, it was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is relatively new so has modern interior features. We arrived well before check in and staff put our luggage into storage. We were also able to get our room early since the staff knew we had arrived and could plan their room cleaning accordingly.

We were unable to satisfactorily control heat in room. It was too warm. While the window could be opened, our room faced a very busy street that was noisy. (Window was soundproof when closed). The hotel was across the river from the main historic center and thus had limited nearby places to eat.

Location was good, bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was also big and nice, whole room was actually very big, there was so much space for suitcases and all , usually the rooms are much smaller then this... The thing i really liked is they had Dove hair shampoo, body shower gel and hand wash! Usually it is some strange smell no name brand, Dove was really great, small things matter! 😂 The only thing i didnt like was breakfast. Eggs were stiff, overcooked, not good at all and there was no chocolate creams like nutela which i really like for breakfast and it was small, nut much choice as i used to.. my boyfriend liked breakfast so it maybe depends on a person...

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included basic items that were acceptable. The hotel is just a few steps from the east side of the old town. On a positive note, the modern lobby offers unlimited access to a coffee machine and tea, though the options were somewhat limited. Overall, we were happy with our stay."

Our room faced the street and was quite noisy, especially in the morning. The central air system didn’t work properly, leaving our room damp and uncomfortably hot at night since the controller was locked on heating mode.

This hotel is in a good location, near the bus station and the old town. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. It was nice to have a coffee machine in the hotel breakfast area that you could access all day if you needed a tea or coffee. The air conditioning worked well. If you do not have your room serviced during your stay you are offered a free breakfast or rebate in return.

The breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs were dry and rubbery every morning.

We had a good stay. We arrived 1 hour earlier than the check-in time and our room was already ready so they let us in without hesitation. The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel room was clean and quiet, with an air conditioner. The location was good, near the city center. Not easy to find a parking spot but both evenings we were lucky and managed to find it near the hotel on small street. In the center it is free of charge to park, but all the spots are already taken. Underground parking is an option. Tea and coffee available 24 hours in the dining room (although capuccino and regular coffee wasn’t tasty, too sweet without added sugar even). Breakfest was good, although scrambled eggs were tasteless.

Ants! We asked to change the room because there were too many ants. They changed it without hesitation. In other room there were only few ants in bathroom but they were very small in size and didn’t bother us.

Hotel very close to Old town & near shops & restaurants. Walking distance to major Sights. Hotel in quiet area, so slept well. Breakfast good. Plenty choices, but Coffee wasn't great. Had hot chocolate or orange juice instead.

Shower scorching hot or freezing cold. Had to be careful to set lower temp. before showering. Only 1 plastic chair in room. 1 or 2 comfier chairs would have been better. Maybe score should have been 9, not 10.
