The property was spotless.and located in a quiet area - a 15 minute walk to the historic centre. It’s about a 35 minute walk to the bus station. It felt very safe for female travellers. Front door entry and key safe for the room. Very kind and friendly receptionist who works certain hours - otherwise easy to contact staff. We had plenty of updates and emails from to ensure everything was in order. There was a large supermarket very close by. The studio was fab. Everything we needed.

No complaints.

We stayed in Appt. 4 (ground floor, at the back). Friendly staff, very clean, walkable distance to the centre, comfortable bed, full-size oven, separate microwave, washing machine, large courtyard, enough space for 2. The place was great and I'd stay again.

I think it's a snug apartment, suitable for max 2 people. There were not many kitchen utensils, but we brought the essentials ourselves.

Location, price was good

The coffee pot didn’t work, there were only 3 towels for 3 people for 3 nights.. they never dried out so we had to use damp towels. There should be some other essentials such as condiments for coffee, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent… if you are only staying 2 or 3 nights, it is hard to pick up small amounts of those items. I would rather have paid a little extra to have those things available.

The apartment is very nice, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is everything you need there, suitable also for families with kids. Cleaned perfectly, the bed is super comfortable. 10 min walking from the city centre. The area is safe. Automatic check-in check-out, which was very handy since our flight landed at 10pm so we were late. Despite we didn't meet anyone, they were super friendly and responsive on the chat, so we had no problems at all. Congratulations for organising so well the structure!

Our apt was on the group floor, with windows on the street, so you prefer to not open the windows. However we understand this is a structural issue linked with that specific apartment, not with the entire structure!

Quiet and very clean place in a place near the city center and the river. It looks newly renovated, all the furniture is new. Easy to find, helpful host (the administrator is only in the afternoon there, but you can always get inside with codes). Only a short walk away from the center.

The structure was perfect and near the center

They ask for 200 euros deposit asking only to do not break anything and ti throw out the thrash but when we did the check out they didn't wanted ti give us back the deposit because the room was messy and dirty, luckly we had the chance to argument and the staff were open but this politc it's kinda strange

The location was great as it was close to the main part of the city and close to a pharmacy and grocery store. We were really happy with the amenities such as the kitchen, laundry, TV and AC.

There was a mentioned of a welcome packaged but we received nothing ((no washroom toiletries, no laundry soap, not even water)). We had to buy a 12 pack laundry soap pods because they weren't provided, even though we only used 2 of them! There was construction happening at the time so there was some noise being caused by the tools as well as dust and burned odor.

I liked how simple the check in and check out was, the apartment was clean, the bathroom cleaned and good water pressure and hot, good areas and security.

Everything was good so nothing to add here, there's no negative points

Very modern and recently decorated apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The studio was very spacious with a really comfortable sofa bed. The terrace was lovely, again recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. The apartment is a 15 min walk to the old town, is in a safe area and there are plenty of supermarkets, fruit stores etc within a few minutes walk.

We booked with only a few hours notice as we had to leave our first apartment. We loved it here. Spotlessly clean and central but quiet at night. I would highly recommend staying here.

There was no kettle. We mentioned this at reception and within 30 mins one was provided. The only slight problem were very hard pillows but thats it.
