We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed and were genuinely impressed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was spotless - and I say that as someone who usually notices the tiniest thing. The kitchenette came fully equipped with all sorts of appliances, and every single one of them was perfectly clean. Bathroom taps were top quality, with great water pressure and easy temperature control - such a small thing but makes a big difference. The suite was spacious, with plenty of storage and a comfy sofa. The underground parking worked well for us - we had a reserved space for the whole stay, which was super convenient (though it’s worth noting the building houses more than just this hotel, so I’m not sure how many spots they actually have). Breakfast was decent - maybe not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely very good, and I appreciated that they rotated dishes so it wasn’t the same every morning. Special mention for the aubergine stew - really delicious! One detail that really won us over was the 24/7 free coffee and tea machine in the lobby - such a thoughtful touch! Also, housekeeping always respected the “Do not disturb” sign, which doesn’t always happen elsewhere. Would definitely stay again.

Not much to complain about, really. If I had to nitpick: the bedding could’ve been softer. And slightly amusing - they leave a feedback card in the room but no pen to fill it out with.

Very clean rooms and well thought out with every amenity. Small details such as hooks on the back of the bathroom door, a magnifying mirror, and plenty of crockery and cutlery make all the difference. Room equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and iron/stand. Free washing nachine drier located on another floor of the building. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, and although not extensive, it was of good quality.

There was nothing except that the quilt was quite heavy and the bed was not as comfortable as i have experienced at other hotels I've stayed at. This was just a minor point, though.

Great Stay with Excellent Amenities and Friendly Staff We recently stayed at this hotel, booking a room for three people, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured brand-new furniture. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which is practical for longer stays. Another great feature was the free laundry service, which is incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was the 24/7 free coffee, a nice touch that added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast was good. Additionally, we were able to keep our luggage after check-out, which was really helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

Although the hotel is not located directly in the city center, it is easily accessible by bus, making it a practical choice for those looking to explore the area

We arrived during the Spanish Power Cut when our flight was cancelled late on the Monday evening. We arrived at nearly midnight to a hotel that had one plug working and no lighting or other power. The staff were brilliant !!! Despite me not having a documentary confirmation and without confirmation at the hotel they found us three rooms quickly, efficiently and without fuss. It was a superb example of the Spanish helpful spirit at its best and after a trying day we were very grateful. We thanked the staff before we left. The rooms themselves were exceptionally good. Would recommend this place to anyone

Only there overnight, but the location seemed to be between a building site and the football stadium but we didn't care about the location!

The apartment was spacious enough for the 2 of us,it was very quiet at night so sleeping was easy ,nice large comfortable bed plenty of good quality pillows and linen. The kitchen was equipped out with everything you could possibly need or want. The hotel was easy to find and get to by car, we liked the 20min walk to town and back.

The tea in the rooms and at breakfast is terrible if you are English and enjoy a good brew,as the tea supplied is extremely weak. I suggest you take your own. Couldn't fault any thing else

Great room, extremely clean, tidy and well decorated. Great bathroom too. Little kitchenette in the room too which is useful. Location approximately 20 min walk to the town centre. We were also able to find free parking on the road instead or paying for private parking.

They will take a 150€ deposit for the room when you do the check in, which I couldn't remember reading anywhere, however everything was good as nothing was charged in our case.

Brand new building and rooms. Good breakfast with tradicional international standard options. The staff is amazing, the reception, cleaning, breakfast teams area great! 15-20 walking distance to the city center. Sergio was an amazing person to help us since our first contact with the hotel, checking in, general questions, doubts, and helped us to understand better the city and surroundings.

The room and facilities are new.

When we arrived an hour after the start of check-in time, our room was not ready. We waited for more than 15 minutes to get checked in. Our room A/C was not working (hotel crew should have check AC before offering up the room for check in). After an hour wait staff have us another room with working AC. Staff said room change was only available option as there was no maintenance crew on duty. All these issues happened between 10 pm and 12 midnight so we lost some good night sleep.

Excellent services, well-equipped kitchen, and parking is available (paid).

I was really disappointed that they took a scan of my credit card for guarantee purposes. I had no choice and couldn’t refuse, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

It was a very last minute request for the stay and David at the reception handles it wonderfully. Room was spacious and clean, lovely view, facilities, parking and close to the city. I would definitely recommend the stay. Breakfast was also very nice.
