We Were In room 536 over looking The Pool. Room Was Very Clean. Breakfast Was Really Good,Great Variety of food. Pool Was Also Great My Children Loved It. Courtesy Bus Was Very Good,We Used it A Few Times,Driver Was Very Friendly. We Love The No Towels On The Sun Loungers Policy and The Life Guards Were Pretty Strict with This.

Unfortunately Our Room Was Right Over Beny's Bar And We Were Woken Up At 2AM With People Shouting. It Was Our Last Night So We Did Not Complain. We Paid For All Inclusive But Were Asked To Return Our Wrist Bands At 10am when we Arrived For Breakfast Even Though We Don't Check Out Till 12pm This Was Very Unfair As You Cannot Check In Till 3pm When You Arrive. Even Though You Have A No Towels Holding Sun Loungers Policy People Were Still Doing It We Found.

Free access to Spa, kids softplay by the pool, on site soccer pitch, hotel walk to the beach and supermarket, Bar happy hour, Big Tiger Mascot during the meals in the restaurant, kids entertainment, Heated Indoor Pool, very nice fresh orange juice during breakfast, kids were allowed in jacuzzi and my son loved it after his swim:)

Some food was tasteless, but I used salt. No free simple water with your meal and when we brought our own water the restaurant staff did not like it. Also I did not like time keeping, for example with kids mini disco

We came for the second time. We appreciated the extremely friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is family friendly with kids club and a nice indoor pool/spa. As we were off season the hotel and restaurant was not full and very quite. Meals were in general good and they tried to have daily different topics. Really enjoyed the live piano during dinner. And the kids liked the mini disco and the hotels mascot tiger. Hotel and rooms were clean.

Unfortunately we did not sleep well in the beds at all, to our taste they were not comfortable, also both pillows that we tried were too thick and additionally the sleeping couch of our kid was also very hard. The shower did not keep a constant temprature and it changed randomly from cold to very hot, which was quite dangerous with kids. We were told at the reception that it is happening in the whole building this way. In general the facilities are well maintained and renovated, however some areas could use some reinvestment, like kids toys and playground (e.g. trampoline), gym, bennys bar. Also with kids we would have appreciated that the main shows would start earlier in the evening (not 22:15).

It's very kids friendly - the mini club, the activities, mini disco, and playgrounds are very nice, so the kids are quite occupied. The girls who orginize the activities for the kids are so good that there were some mparents who left their kids in the mini club for the full working hours. The view from the different terraces with a nice drink is simply beautiful. The food was surprisingly good for such type of hotel and most of the nights there is a piano performer. The apartments are comfortable enough for a family with two kids. Overall, it's extremely good value for the money.

The internal swimming pool was with too much chlorine, but if the weather is nice, who needs that pool.

The kids liked Beny and the kids club very much. Favourite animator was Stefi. We loved the heated swimming pool. The evening entertainment was very Nice, especially the flamenco and the bingo. We enjoyed the Spanish dinner we had there.

The cleaners came very early but we loved the towels they folded as animal shapes. The studio flat was a bit too small and a view was blocked by the roof.. The cutlieries and the worktop weren't clean and I had to wash all the plates too before we could use them. The pillows were too firm for children. The lighting wasn't working properly after the storm, neither the heating and the air conditioner. The bed was very bouncy.

Second year in a row going to this hotel and all I can say is it's top class from the staff who go out of there way to make sure your stay is most enjoyable to the food which is for me one of the best I've had in a Spanish hotel different choice every day. The pool activities for kids are great and keep the kids occupied for most the day and if it gets to hot there's an indoor pool 😀 and one of the pluses for me is there is no que for a sun lounger in the morning and if someone takes a lounger goes away for a long time the lifeguard will remove the towels and free up the lounger which is great. And what I found to be an excellent touch is we were all inclusive and because we were missing the breakfast leaving our last day for our flight they gave us a packed lunch for journey and had plenty in it. Really loved our week here and more than likely return next year.

Few of the activities for adults could do with fresh upgrades like the dartboard but that's about all I could say negative.

Lovely staff, always very helpful, and kind. The hotel is beautyfull too with nice view on the seaside. There was flamenco show in the hotel which was amazing experience. Kids can use mini club. There is also minigolf and playground. The beach is close.

The water in the shower changed too quickly to very hot, so you have to shower carefully. Nevertheless, our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable!

We stayed as a family of 4 (6 year old and 9 year old) half board. We enjoyed the pool and activities available throughout our stay, we found the lifeguards were attentive. The indoor pool provided a change of scenery and a break from the hot sun! The evening entertainment after the mini disco started late but we still enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location, a short 5-10 minute walk from the beach, about 20 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed the food, there was an enough choice for us all. We found all the staff helpful, welcoming and friendly.

It was our 2nd stay already in this hotel, and we will definetely come back next year as well. Whenever you have an issue,the staff resolves it immediately with a bright smile. Really family friendly, clean, with a fabolous view to the see. I especially liked the seating system in the restaurant,no need to search for a table for yourself, the staff will do it for you.

The afternoon animation program at the pool could start a bit later,as a lot of children are still having their daily naps at 15:00,and when you have a room facing the pool,it is too loud for them to sleep. (I know it is only a problem for families with small children)

The hotel is amazing, especially if you want to stay with kids. Our kids enjoyed spending time at the kids' club. The personnel is very friendly.

We decided to stay on New Year's Eve. The price was extremely high. But after a few calls to the hotel, they convinced me, there would be some special dinner and a 'gala' concert. But instead, it was a regular dinner like all other days, and a woman was singing karaoke :) They add too much chlorine to the indoor swimming pool.
