Very central to everything, great sunny balcony to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea. Just 2 minutes walk off the main road so quiet at night for sleeping. Santi was always available on WhatsApp for advice and queries. I would definitely go back to Sunny beach

Nothing to complain about

Excellent location right across from the beach. Facilities at Sunny Beach are basic...you have a kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring hob, toaster....its all you really need because you are out most of the time...its a good base for exploring. Beds are comfy, there's plenty towels. Great balcony area with stunning views of the sea and main street. Swimming pool is a decent size, plenty sunbeds around ..and it's never really too busy as the beach is right across the road.

Only one minor point....lack of food prep area.

Room was bigger than I expected and beds very comfy, I liked the firmness of the mattress which I appreciate others may not but for a 2 star apartment I was impressed. The pool wasn't massive but there are only 30 apartments so plenty of sunbeds for all. I notified reception that the bracket in the bathroom to hold the shower was falling off and a new one was fitted within half an hour. Traffic noise was a problem for me at night but some ear plugs fixed that and I was able to leave the balcony door open, all in all good value for money and I would go back

The place in the basement to shower and change after checking out wasn't the best, but very clean, the space to get changed was right in front of the lift so I didn't bother, other than that there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Apartment was basic and clean, value for money. Great location, many shops bars and places to eat right on doorstep. View was beautiful and literally a 2 minute walk across the road. Beach front also has many places to eat and drink. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Decent sized pool.

Sun loungers around pool were a bit dated however seemed to be getting replaced on our last day. Not many tables around. Unable to buy any food or drinks within aparthotel (supermarket next door so not a major issue). A vending machine selling cold drinks/water would make such a difference. Nice to have but not essential and certainly wouldn't be put off returning 😊

We loved the location and pool at the apartments. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone. The staff were also all so lovely and helpful. We went to the pool in the mornings and got lunch in one of the many restaurants nearby before walking across the road to the fabulous beach. We really recommend sunny beach If you want a relaxing, cheap and cheerful break away, in a perfect location.

We liked everything 😊 There is no air con, but you can purchase an additional fee. We didn't need it as there is a fan in the room anyway. The traffic outside was sometimes loud, which is not the accomodations fault. We brought ear plugs as we knew the location was close to road. Would advise. We would definatelt stay again and already planning our next trip 😊

We love the location and the fact that all the apartments have a sea view, which is exceptional. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a great bus service within a 5 minute walk. This is our 4th time at Sunny Beach, and we will return next year. The staff are so helpful, and will assist whenever necessary. The apartments are big, with comfy beds and are so clean. They also have a lovely big pool with loads of sunloungers.Free Wi-Fi, TV, and a very well positioned balcony. Love it.

Always stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and would do anything for you. Rooms are pretty basic, however if it's just a place to get your head down at night, then it is ideal. All the rooms are sea facing, so sitting out on your balcony in the morning with your coffee is ideal. Excellent location right at the Windmills roundabout, with everything practically a short stroll away. Already booked again for next year!

Would be ideal if the kitchen area was a little larger as it is pretty tight for space. However you are able to make snacks or light meals as everything is there for you to use. Would be great if there was a washing machine in the apartment.

Both of us really liked our stay at Sunny Beach, administration were there in the morning and at a knock on the door if they were needed. The rooms were clean and tidy, pleny of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was as it said on the web a beautifull view out to sea with the Windmill roundabout thrown in. Always plenty to view and see night and day.

I s uppose one of the downsides would be the traffic noise which was pretty constant night and day. We had pretty noisy neighbours who talked well into the night and early morning. No respect or regard for fellow neighbours, however. Sad but realistic unfortunately.

Sunny Beach is a fantastic small family run hotel. 5 floors with 6 rooms on each floor. Some people seems to live there permanently, and others stay come for a shorter stay. The staff is really nice and will do what they can, to assist. The pool is really good. Alot bigger then what I initially thought. It is well-kept, and cleaned every morning. Not much to say about the hotel. It’s a bit old, and needs an update, but everything works, and they get an olympic Gold medal for the location. All rooms have a full ocean view on the terrace. No aircondition, but a fan is provided, and that works just fine. All in all, it’s totally worth the price.
