Our room was spotless and they had upgraded us to a Premium room. We were full board and enjoyed every single meal at the hotel. There is lots to choose from the buffet, and the food is good quality. The staff were all friendly and polite. The hotel is positioned very close to the beach; just exit through the back gate and go under the road via a subway tunnel then down some steps. We are thinking of returning next January as the weather was warm.

Mosquitoes! Obviously not the hotel's fault. You have to keep the balcony door closed at night.

Lovely bright clean hotel with sea views and just off sea front. We had evening meal, that was buffet, a good selection, plus an order and cook grill area with meat, fish and vegetables.

Noisy residents, we were in 315, and the elderly European couple in 314, thought it ok to have a " family face time" on the balcony at 23.45! Plus others returning to rooms later having no consideration.

It was a really lovely place, food tasty,fresh and well presented.Gardens beautiful and well kept.Staff friendly and courteous. Will be returning for another stay.

The front entrance could do with more flowers .The noise needs to be addressed when the staff are clearing tables and stacking plates. Though the staff work so hard. On leaving we ordered a taxi and handed in the keys! We weren’t asked did we enjoy our stay a thanks for using the hotel or to have a safe trip home.

Hotel Best Siroco was in an excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Marina. The facilities were excellent. The bar staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful and the service was great. Would definitely stay again.

We needed to bring a paper to every meal so they can check us - it created unnecessary queues and it is a bit outdated Paying parking is done manually at the reception and it is in the same queue with check in and out - also is timely and creates queues. A parking machine could do this easily For hotel of this category we expected a bit more comfortable rooms and cleanliness

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Rooms and hotel very clean and staff very helpful and friendly

Unfortunately there are children in all 3 pools so not really able to enjoy a swim. Would be good if one was adults only.

Location is perfect for walking to beach and marina which is a lovely area for food and view. The hotel itself food was plentiful as it help yourself to hot and cold food. If your looking for english style breakfast that is a disappointment. Staff works very hard on the ground and are lovely friendly people. Another point of interest is there is a queue at pool bar always. To end on a good note I was delighted that the hotel brought to the room a bottle of cava and a lovely wee cake for my birthday (a lovely touch)

Room was decent in need of a slight improvement ie touch of fresh paint little balcony just enough for 2 people.

All staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner was very good with plenty of variety of freshly cooked food. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Overall, Our family had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would go back again and highly recommend.

Wheelchair access inside hotel and to pool was good however access to Main Street was not ideal as we had to go through the indoor car park which was dark and desolate with very little signage and we had to call for assistance to get entry back in again. The other option was to go down the road from outdoor car park which was very steep.

We booked 3 rooms for ourselves and our children and grandchildren. The family rooms were amazing with pirate murals, very comfortable and lots of space for the children. The pool gardens are lush, the food varied and good quality

I found the restaurant staff to be quite abrupt. For a family hotel I didn’t feel they made any attempt to go out of their way to help accommodate needs of those with children. We had criticism of food under our 18 month olds high chair while he was eating and were told we couldn’t make up a larger table so we could sit together for our evening meal. We were also told not to take a water bottle to the table and there were no plastic cups for children… I hate to make negative comments to but this did make us feel a little unwelcome. I know the staff are busy and they kept the restaurant clean and well stocked but a smile goes a long way to make guests feel at home.

The bedroom was in a quiet area of the hotel , no disruptive noise from traffic . the beds were soo comfy and the blackout blinds covered the French doors brilliantly. Liked that the safe was free and free toiletries were available. Food standard and selection was fantastic. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Signing in at the restaurant with paper. The upgraded sunbed area is a nice idea however would be more suited to standard sun beds due to size of the hotel. And there were some of the shades on them were missing on the side.
