The location is GREAT, right next to the promenade and the beach with a lot of bars and restaurants. The stuff is very professional and kind. Terrace with sunbeds with the sea view is amazing.

Breakfast was bad. Very poor quality food and very little variety. If you want to eat some vegetables there are only slices of tomato and cucumber, fruits were rotten and olives were dry. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powder. Also there is a mold under the shower.

Excellent location, decent sized rooms, excellent breakfast lots of with lots of choices, beach front very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Rooms are a bit shabby and could do with an uplift. Was unhappy to see several children there, this is advertised as an adult hotel that is why we booked. Another guest said that if the holiday is booked through booking.com and a family turn up with children they do not get turned away. This is unfair as the attraction of an adult hotel appeals to a lot of people.

Good location - staff were attentive, and the hotel was perfect for a few days away. We stayed on the 6th floor, an extra large bed which was very comfortable. Walk in shower and double sink in the bathroom. Room was modern and cleaned daily with a fridge and a complimentary bottle of both water and wine. We stayed half board, good selection at breakfast and something for everyone at dinner time. Spa - could do with a little TLC but the free 1 hour was welcomed when the weather wasn't good. The average age was 60+

The hotel was about 20minutes by taxi from the airport. Check in was smooth and reception staff very professional. We arrived in time for evening meal. There was a huge variety of food to choose from as well as show cooking. The dining room and kitchen staff were on top of everything it ran like clockwork. The room was large and clean with an amazing sea view down the prom. You could also see the road but when the balcony doors were shut you could not hear the road noise. There was tea and coffee facilities and complimentary toiletries toiletries which were topped up everyday. The bar was reasonable for drinks and had a pleasant atmosphere. The pool was clean but freezing as it was January there was an outside hot tub which was warmer. The spa was nice and on offer at €10 per couple for an hour using the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The hotel was directly on the seafront and had a lift down to the promenade. Bus stop and supermarket and bars all within 2 minute walk.

Everything was great at the hotel. Construction work going on nearby.

Location and restaurant view it’s spectacular you get to watch sunrise while drinking coffee I love this hotel and I always comeback the only thing I wish they can change is the opening hours of gym spa and restaurant as u have to wait till 10 and also the sound prove it’s terrible I have stayed in December I was expecting quiet but it was loud I could here people next door phone alarm and also all the business they was doing , both sites I have no luck this time as 2 boys came for France to party like animals and was very nasty to me I have to go to different rooms to sleep at night , the stuff speak English Sylvia is the manager and it’s very concrete over all I will comeback as the location it’s amazing beach front , shops restaurants on the door step

Breakfast was very good dinner not 4 star lovely Xmas decoration on the restaurant

A lovely hotel ,staff were brilliant .Bed was to die for, so comfortable. Breakfast selection was superb.

We were in room 807 unfortunately the flooring in the room was not very good it was extremely squukey, and it was on a slope,the room needed a bit of TLC.

Love this hotel so much ❤️❤️ … everything about it. Fantastic location right by the promenade with a lift to the seafront. Beautiful garden areas with lots of sunbeds and seating. The rooms have everything you might possibly need and if you do request something specific they always do their best. Staff are fantastic- always pleasant and helpful- dining room and lounge particularly. The food choices are plentiful and always plenty of choices for all dietary needs. The bus stops right outside and there are plenty of nice bars/ restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely brilliant!! We will go back and would definitely recommend.

The evening entertainment wasn’t quite as vibrant as in the past. A bit lacking personalities? A bit extra before the main act. Also the information board could be a bit difficult to manoeuvre? The clientele are mostly older couples? So maybe a return to a traditional board somewhere? Otherwise everything was spot on !!

I found the all the staff very friendly and attentive especially the front desk staff Julia she went out of her way to upgrade me to room 607 which was a lovely suit overlooking the sea and beach. Silva who I meet last year was excellent and very informative and has always a smile on her face and Jose was a real gentleman he help me to print out my boarding pass for my flight back to Dublin .Unfortunately I had a fall at the Marina two days into my holidays therefore this put a dent in my stay in the hotel but saying all that the staff took good care of me .This is my second year back and I booked again to come back next year Note Silvia was so kind to hold back luggage for me till next year in 2024 I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the management and staff especially looking after me after my fall at the Marina

I felt the main entrance into the hotel is terrible it a tunnel and when bus load of passengers arrived the main entrance entrance to the hotel is blocked I felt nervous I honestly think health and safety is a issues here, they should be a separate entry for people arriving at the hotel not having to push your way through bud loads of passengers and cases Maybe the manager might take a serious look at this and come up with a better solution.

The room was a good size with plently of storage and a good size bathroom. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Cleaned and made up speedily during the day. Tea and coffee facilities and even a small fridge. We only had breakfast at the hotel but that was plentiful and gave you many choices - cooked, cold meats/cheese,fruit,cereals,pastries and even a cooking station for omlettes! The location is great. Just pop out of the bottom floor through the hotel's garden gate and you are on the promenade in front of the beach, literally a 10 minute walk to the marina (and the aquarium)

It's looking a little tired. However apart from some of the exterior (which I'm assuming will be touched up in the quiet months), it's only small things like the plug facias peeling and there are mismatched coathangers in the wardrobe so it wouldn't stop us returning. We had hired a car at the airport so needed to park it at the hotel. We knew that the parking was 15eu a night but for some I think that would be a shock! Still, it meant that we knew the car was safe cos otherwise it would have meant parking a distance away.

The food, location and the view. Good range of activities. Lovely massage in the Spa. Generally very friendly staff.

Bits in rooms are starting to look tired. Bath had mastic around it which was very black and moldy. This was replaced when I mentioned it. Fridge cupboard door was falling off, but again it was fixed promptly.
