Huge studio! Great location and views, comfortable bed and the air con was a godsend. Had a nice surprise when I went on the balcony for the first time and saw that we had a massive terrace with 2 sun loungers! Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were friendly and facilities were great. Will definitely be back.

Quite noisy all through the night (I know this can't be controlled and is not a reflection on the apartment or benal group) and thought it was a bit pricey for the week. The big slide in the pool is a death trap, my sister had an awful accident on it and we witnessed a few more during our stay along with a lot of near misses. I know this is nothing to do with the apartment just thought I should mention it so people are aware.

Cleanliness, views, felt safe, good location.

Didn't like not been able to use pool on last day. Had to check out and wait around from 10a.m. until 4pm with our luggage as luggage room was closed. Staff weren't nice once we checked out after spending a lot of money there. My daughter had left her towel near pool and wasn't allowed back to get it and she was upset not a nice way to finish our holiday. Perhaps Spanish don't like the Irish but we help their economy.

Pool and bar facilities ,staff were very friendly and co operative .Location was excellent .

Had to pay an extra €100 when booking in ,not sure what this was for .Is this refundable at end of stay subject to apartment being left in a satisfactory condition .Receptionist could not satisfactorily answer the question due to language difficulties .If it is an extra service charge I would not be happy at all and would not use either the facility or the web site again .If the €100 is refunded as we left the apartment as we found it ,then that is fine .Not sure whether this arrangement was included in the on line booking .

The location is brilliant, right next to the beach that has a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The pool slides are great as well.

The pool area was extremely busy. €5 per day per person for a sun bed, otherwise you will have to put a towel on the floor. Our apartment was a studio and only had one chair for us to sit in. Parking was difficult as well as it was almost always full.

The whole place was spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful. My grandsons loved the pool and the slides in all we had a great holiday

What really surprised me was the charge on the sunbeds. I have stayed in many resorts around Europe and this was the first time I had to pay.

Great location. Close to bus station and only a short walk to beachfront. Lots of small shops in the area for anything you might need. Nice pool. The kitchen has everything for cooking, comfortable beds

We really missed the big mirror and the bathroom racks

The locations and all the facilities were great. The pool area was amazing - multiple pools and slides with bars etc.

The only downside was the sunbeds were £5 each a day which is maybe a bit more expensive than you'd pay elsewhere but not a massive deal.

A beautiful sea view from a large terrace, nice appartment!

The reception didn't work at all. It was closed during our stay. The WiFi wasn't working so we sent mail to the contact person who didn't reply and didn't pick up the phone. Also tried to reach him about our check out and how to get the deposit back and no reply to my call or sms. Finally had to leave the key to my parents who waited more than an hour for the receptionist who didn't show up. Finally the other reception called the guy and a Spanish speaking lady gave the deposit back.

Sunbeds can be a costly add on at €4.50 pp if you're paying for more than two...but if you want a bit of comfort it's worth it
