Great location “ staff friendly and helpful! “ but the rooms a bit cramped “ the Bathrooms need updating.and showers

The Hotel was very clean “ but the outside on the street is was dirty with bins over flowing “ it take the look off this hotel’

Convenient location, the pool is great for short adults (such as myself 🤣) nice crowd there with a varied age. Overall great experience with a few minor cons.

They seem short staffed, the lift is extremely slow and there isn’t enough lifts for the amount of guests staying there. One was out of order another wouldn’t fit more than two people in it and showed up when it felt like it so out of 3 lifts 1 was the only proper working lift. The pool only opens 12-7 which didn’t bother me but did bother the friend I was staying with. The staff are reception told us it opens at 11 so they don’t even know themselves when it opens which seems strange.

Bar staff excellent, friendly and worked so hard. Reception helpful and polite when we needed to speak to them. Hotel in a good location and close to amenities. Room nice with a pool, sea and Mountain View.

Outside of hotel is dirty as all the shops and restaurants bins are placed on the road. Cleaning service not up to standard. We never had towels changed even though we left them out. No toilet rolls replaced, we had to go to reception and ask for them. Tea and coffee facilities not replaced.

We had a seaview room in 6th floor and room was very nice and view beautiful. Good beds and good aircon. There was also a fridge. Cleaners did a good job and cleaned the room daily. Location was super good. Beach was just there and lots of restaurants close by. We had breakfast and it was ok, nothing special.

Very big hotel with quite small pool area. We actually saw people running to reserve chairs when they opened the doors. Very expensive but I guess everything is in July. Check-in lady was nice and efficient but other than that nobody ever said hello in reception or breakfast room.... Poolbar service super slow.

The place is next to the beach, with so many restaurants around too. Bus stops close as well if you want to go to malaga central. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. It has a swimming pool too, we didn't use it as it as we travelled during the winter. The staff both cleaning staff and the reception staff were nice and helpful. I recommend it.

We were three people, so we took a room with three beds. It felt a little small as the space for walking around beds were small. But other than that all good.

The medplaya hotel alba beach is perfectly situated, it is just over the road from the beach and very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets, with a bus stop just beside it and a taxi rank only a few meters away. The staff are very friendly and work so hard keeping the hotel lovely and clean and the food was amazing. We stayed half board and the choice was exceptional, always plenty of fresh fruit, hot and cold choices and lovely deserts, quite amazing really.

Great hotel virtually on the beach, bars restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was good with plenty of choices both at breakfast and lunch or evening. The half board option you could have lunch or the evening meal giving you the option to plan your day better. Room was spotlessly clean, shower great. Room cleaned everyday if you wished. Good entertainment by the pool at night. Will definitely be going back again. The fantastic marina a good 20 min walk along the beach or jump a reasonably priced taxi , taxi rank 2 mins from hotel..

It was close to seafront restaurants bars.

Coming out the main front door the bins were situated right beside hotel that smelt really bad,, we also saw a rat beside them. I think they should remove bins from the front and maybe put them in carpark out of sight. Not a good first impression

Location was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The sunbeds were not adjustable and were uncomfortable so we went to the beach every day. The rooms were noisey, conversations and TV in other rooms could be heard at any hour of the day or night.

Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds and pillows were comfy enough. Mini fridge and hair drying in room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Beach across the road. Had a bar inside and outside. Air condition unit was brilliant and kept room cool.

Tea and coffee station and iron in the room would have been nice but came at an extra cost but still worth it.
