Exceptional service from staff all across the hotel. We were in Spain for the electricity blackout, and we barely noticed it as the staff kept everything running so smoothly. Great choice of food and drinks (we were all inclusive), rooms were spotless, and facilities in the hotel like the pool and the lounge areas were great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are already looking to go back, the hotel is in an excellent location, multiple bus services go by the hotel and the stops are outside, and a taxi as of 01 May 25 is €30 from Málaga Airport to the hotel.

Decor was a little dated and some areas of the hotel could do with a facelift (paint chipping etc.).

The entertainment team are fantastic however all the staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Loads of activities during the day such as darts , sjoelen, bascially something on every hour.The food was varied and plenty of choice. Its a 20 minute taxi ride from Malaga airport. Beach is a short walk away .

My room was dated but I was in a single room and didn't want a balcony so didn't ask to be moved, my sister and friend were in a room that had been refurbished and was bright spacious and beautiful views. Wine was from taps in the restaurant but its a 3 star hotel and should be expected.

Loved the location and these was plenty of options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a group of 11 none of us ever had a problem finding something delicious to eat at mealtimes.

My Mam was in a single room, which although clean was very dark and had no balcony or view, all of the double rooms were really nice and great value for money but the single room was a bit of a disappointment.

Had a fantastic time here, the entertainment team and all staff were amazing, definitely a place to take kids. It was spotless, clean towels and beds made daily.The restaurant brekki was brilliant, and the other meals were good though cold at times, but a microwave was available. The bar snacks def need improvement, location is perfect, right beside the beach, supermarket, and a stroll to the marina. Would definitely go back.

The only downside for us was not being able to keep the room on as we had a late flight, and there was no room available to shower and change as they were fully booked. I believe a hotel of this size should have access to this facility and should keep this in mind.

The food was great, always something to have. The staff are exceptional and are very accommodating. This is my second stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. It’s a smaller hotel much more relaxed. Bar staff are very good too, funny and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Overall cleanliness of hotel is also very high standard.

Evening entertainment relative each week. But that’s ok as plenty to do out and about.

great location, amazing views from bedroom (with balcony). The Marina was a very short and beautiful walk down the promenade along the beach. staff were lovely and all inclusive food was varied. Bathroom very modern, lovely big walk in shower.

pool shut at 7pm (might be an out of season thing?). had to pay for a beach towel, plus a deposit plus €1.50 every time you would like to have it washed; suggest buying a €5 towel from beach shops instead.

Everything from the bar staff especially Laura and also all the entertainment guys they were absolutely amazing to the food and the location this was our third time here and we will definitely be back next year.

This was my 3rd time coming to Palia la Roca ,we enjoy the hotel and staff .The area of the hotel is very good plenty of shops and buses to take us to other places .

I didn't like the food everyone felt the same would put me and my friends 2 other couples coming back , they have been coming also for several years .You really need to look at the menu my whole time at Palia la Roca I eat salad and deserts .we had to go out to eat a proper meal .If the hotel would give people a choice . bed breakfast .then we could eat out .as we do love the hotel but not sure about next year .
